The management in this company is very terrible, almost every week they come up with new ideas to "improve the company" and its just a complete joke. You have no freedom around here even though you are doing your job correctly; for example I witnessed a worker being scolded by a supervisor for checking the time on his phone on time meanwhile the supervisors will sit on their butts in the office watching youtube videos and i kid you not taking a nap. Most the time they will ask if you would like to work overtime on saturday (a yes or no question) and if you answer no they will come to you an hour later saying "you have to come in". So if you are interested in having your freedom taken away even as a good worker this is the place for you.

Very stressful, can’t find anyone to help with problems because the are always out to grab a coffee or having a smoke

I absolutely loved this job, I love working in a fast-paced environment, I agree with the Health and Safety, I think their health and safety is very good, if you address a problem, she gets it fixed, whereas other companies turn their back. I worked with a lot of fantastic people and would love to go back. I quit because of personal reasons, not because of the job. They do a lot of overtime, the pay is good, overall, this has been the best factory I've worked at, but that's because of it being a fast-paced job, a lot of people can't handle that and they get burnt out.

Not a bad place to get a start but long term seekers look elsewhere. As someone else pointed out, revolving door, managers seem under qualified, you earn your money and then some, you will be busy all shift. I see the tradesmen doing every job imaginable. If you have options, look elsewhere, if your in a tough spot and need short term employment, this will do for a temp situation. You won’t be happy long term.

A typical day would start at 7:30AM, turning on all the equipment and calibrating them. The second part would to complete anything that wasnt completed from the day before, and check your work emails. 
Enter into the factory and determine which parts are being run for the day and begin with the extraction and repeat for the next day

It's frustrating when employers demand loyalty and above and beyond expectations but in return you get low pay and laid off without a missing a blink. Worked on CNC for 3 years for the company, zero raises, only got $17.50 an hour. 6am start time monday to saturday.

This company was ok to work for. They treated workers pretty good, nice Christmas party, decent pay.

Some managers shouldn't be in that position. One especially, basically whined to get his own office. 

They let me go but are constantly hiring for my position, in which i did pretty well considering i had no automotive experience

Micromanaged by 2 people who know nothing about the job I was doing. 
A lot of people have left this company over the years and even more have left recently, and with them knowledge of applications.
Very poor work culture.
Very poor work life balance. 
Forces office workers to come in during provincial stay at home orders.
You do not want to work here.

The management is BEYOND out of touch- they don’t give a darn about the well being of their employees.

If you have a disability, they won’t accommodate and instead look to sabotage you. 

They also exclude temps- which is UNACCEPTABLE. Then they wonder why morale is so loe
They had me do the work of two people despite me only being a temp.

I've worked for this company for a little over 2 years and its been pretty much up and down , but mostly down. New things are coming and I do believe the company will thrive , but it needs an entirely new management team. Hours are fine , pay is decent but could be better. Community is pretty nice as well , lot of good people to work with just not work for.
