I started my first sales job at elevation sales a month ago. 

This is one of the best jobs Ive ever had, I like the way I perform impacts my pay checks, so hard work pays off here. 

I’ve learned a lot already from daily training and in the field training, I have been told my communication skills have really improved quickly by my parents. 

You get paid every week and the managers give out daily and weekly incentives for hitting sales targets and personal best sales weeks. 

Best part for me is I’m an active person I love being able to walk around, the healthy split of in office and out of office everyday is a game changer. 

This job is going to be well suited for ppl like me who are financially motivated, work well in groups and pairs, have that social extrovert personality. 

I was a bit nervous going into it since I had no sales experience but I was impressed how helpful my trainer was. The work culture is young individuals which I love since all my past job were super diverse age ranges. They do Daily Cash bonuses which is super cool! I also think it’s awesome cause we have team nights and work culture is something important for me. 

I was not with elevation sales long due to personal conflicts but the training they put you through for your first few days definitely sets one up for success in this career. 
In terms of workplace culture it was highly positive and the team is very welcoming and diverse and some of the most interesting and kind people I’ve met. 
The skills I learned in the boardroom are ones I will be carrying forward with me into my next endeavours.

I’ve had a very positive experience working here. The environment is productive, the expectations are clear, and management truly cares about our success. Our boss leads with professionalism and respect, and is always there to guide us with sales strategies and encouragement. It’s a workplace where growth is supported, and I really appreciate the opportunities it’s given me.

The overall office space is great, there's lots of food places nearby for lunch as well and you get a good 30 minute break before going on turf. The job can be a bit hard if you're not used to rejection but it really helped my social skills cause I used to have a lot of anxiety. There's also a lot of freedom since you work on your own for most of the day. You decide when you wanna take a break as long as you don't waste too much time.

During my time i was continuously met with passive aggressive behavior as well as encouragement that did not feel as encouraging i had a team of people who continuously look down on me and when I went to quit the manager was visibly angry and gave me a feeling of never wanted to recommend this job to anyone as he did not respect my decision 

Comfortable and humorous work environment. Your communications among other skills will increase. I’m currently an employee and I have still yet to stop learning. The management couldn’t be better. If your someone with strong grit and dedication to learn and succeed this is the right opportunity for you. 

Since I started working with elevation sales I’ve learned and grew a lot. My manager is very understanding and amazing at what he does. He teaches and motivates me aswell as always maintains a positive attitude!!

I had fun working here, it is an  amazing opportunity with great pay. I highly recommend it to anyone. This job rewards your efforts as you mostly get paid by commission which is awesome.

Great oppertunity and the head manager is fantastic leader. The interview process was simple, and clear. Im very thankful to have gotten this oppertunity and the money can be very good.
