Elizabeth Arden is a great company to work for. My Account executive was supportive and understanding of the successes and struggles on-counter because she worked on-counter in the past. The trainer is very experienced and very motivating.

I worked for the company for 9 months and never received a gratis for my employment. The company never explained to our AEs why this was happening and it made many of the beauty consultants upset.

Working on-counter is a great experience, but if you don't have the store management's support, its really difficult to build a solid business, especially on 18 hours/week.

I worked as a makeup artist and skincare sales specialist on contract for many years for Arden. As a contract worker you do not get benefits but the pay is good. I traveled to stores prebooked sales promos and galas that were set up for me. I would go in and assist customers by analyzing their skin and cosmetic needs; including fragrances. I love working with customers and still do this work for other companies. This type of work is not allowed in stores as it is a non essential position during Covid19. 

What is the best part of working at the company?
Elizabeth Arden has quality products. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
You never know when or if you will be paid for the hours worked.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
There is no stability working at this company.

One of the many enjoyable parts of my job is when I stablish a relationship with clients solving their needs. This allows to me to:

*Gain my clients trust (there is nothing more rewarding than converting a coriuos customer to a regular customer)
*Improve my service performance
*Meet my sales goal
*Achieve our company sales stablished goals

Typical FP&A Role, but with a smaller staff, you get to see the whole picture from start to finish in terms of the P&L line. 

In terms of culture and the people, excellent.

Management was great

Sales goals, team work and product knowledge were company requirements expected on a daily basis. Having a great working atmosphere with employee relationships as well as customer interactions made it very conducive for meeting these expectations.

I learned to interact with clients and help them fulfill their needs in what they were looking for. If they could not find what they were looking for then I would always find a alternative or solution to the problem.

Great products and the people I worked with were great. Always something new and exciting happening in the cosmetics world and Elizabeth Arden was one of the first to start this trend. Great history behind this company!

Everyone is helpful and treat you like a family!

2. Managers knows what they're doing and exceptionally good at it.
3. 5 stars!

Very good Skincare products, nice environment to work at Boots with friendly attitude, good relationship with customers, chances to improve your skills and confidence.
