Trust, my boss trusts that i can handle the role i perform.
Also he is open to communicating, involves me in problem solving and generally i am buisy so my days go by very quickly.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
I received an promotion and it dis not go iver well with employees that had been hired prior to me. So an bit if sabatoche, and toxic gosip

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Freindly, staff,  Unpaid breaks, extreme heat, and very cold in winter
Some employees dont listen to team members and over step positions.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
get to work ,Greet others  scan my face, When i started no training provided, other employees not helpfull in sharing information of the job duties  exct. lot of misinformation when started.One Needs to take initative

Clients changing things right before an event

Very friendly and welcoming environment 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Lots of veg prep. Meetings about upcoming events. Anything that needs to be done

There mold in the dish area and People like to bend the rules.

In a typical week,dish-washer would always have to deal with mold because the machine would not run fast enough and there were too many dishes for one shift to finish before mold developed. 

The most enjoyable part was building friendships with the banquet staff.

Elizabethan is a proffessional environment which teaches you excellent customer skills and how to properly handle food and equipment while also exposing workers to stressful situations which helps with growth in the field and confidence.Other employees are very nice and fun to work with , as well as great teachers.

The best thing about Elizabethan was the fast pace of the job and all the fun and interesting places I was able to caterer too. Not one event was the same as the other and this is what made it a good experience for me and my co workers.

works for part timers well. Office staff is nice, banquet staffing is flexible. Must wear uniform and be a fast worker. Work with the public at all time so have to be nicely dressed and friendly. Work in fast paced services

I really enjoy working for this company. Great team work! No one is left behind.
