We never understood why the company fired all the supervisors and management team after them work very  hard to move everything to the new Plant at Boisbriand. 
When they decided to do that they lost all Knowledge regarding the manufacturing operation and process.
So, Unfortunately this attitude of the company, showed that human resources capital  don't have importance to them. This was so sad.

It's a good place to work but your position is not secure until you officially get a permanent status. Sometimes they hired for a big contract who's coming. So if they lost that contract without being able to expand you basically lost your job. Other than that there's some clicks who try to fight for influential power so be friendly with everyone but not too much. You might lost opportunities without knowing the reason. 

As an international company you expect things are organized and see legitimate processes in place, but it is not, unstable leadership and low efficient infrastructure make people less competitive and put them at risk of losing their job, unfair treats between employees also make the whole environment less cooperative.

For someone without studies this is a good place to apply, Good salary and good advancement. 12 hour shifts can be hard but it gives you more time to relax aswell, since you only work 3/4 days a week.

The management was always there to help us grow. In a typical day, they left us to do our work. We had to meet deadlines and it was very normal for us to stay late.
