What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The KPI for each year was built from previous years instead of a long term vision. Repeatedly making the same mistakes even though it has been presented as a successful story by the management team 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Respectful and friendly colleagues, work life balance is encouraged 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Meetings with team members and clients. Planning, risk assessment, risk mitigation, problem solving, providing guidance to the project team

There is group of technical people who are very strong and able to drive day to day technical challenges but there is anther group who is focus to be in their position and hide their incompetence's. 
The management is client driven, do not have their own stand, over customer focus.

Good collaboration among teams and lots of new technologies introduced every year. Upgrades from previous versions are non-stop. Team members and co-workers from other teams, departments, and even counterparts in other countries are all helpful.

Software testing is more on manual testing and less on automation testing.




Management fail. Double standards for office staff to worker staff. Unrealistic expectations when insufficient information given. Lack of understanding and coordination from Office.

Upholds Integrity. Employee Engagement Activities. A company that values ethics and integrity. A company that has work life balance yet the challenge is that when you want to grow technically.

Great place to work and stay for a couple of years but there is very little to no chance for promotion. Even the pay increase is very minimal even though you are tenured.

I have been very happy in the finance department and feel very welcome and appreciated the staff is friendly supportive and caring they help motivate you and make sure you are able to meet your challenges 

You can learn a lot with Emerson. Overall it was a good experience to work for this company. Learning hours was very helpful. Got good opportunities to travel.

A great place to work to with a focus on a team environment.  A fast paced environment where you are never bored.  The challenges everyday are different and keep it new and interesting.
