This place is the lowest of the lowest. Management is extremely unprofessional and lacks respect. As mentioned with other reviews the company is full of immature people and run by middle aged brainless people. No sense of organization what so ever. So much over turn and no real sense of community. They believe by paying for free weekly lunches,they are justified in paying staff so low. Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere. You will be managing campaigns that have no direction or structure. Waste of time and energy. Such a small organization that has no structure tells you something. Work in an organization that has appreciation for its staff members and matches that in the pay/salary.

If your looking for somewhere that will do you unfairly then this is the job for you!!
  Management tries to bribe you with raffles and gifts .
The supervisor and team leads need to be re-placed or re-trained they have no manners and they have there favourite set of people .. There is also a lot of gossiping among the floor where team leads and supervisors will gang up on workers to get them fired are quit. Going to managers doesn't make a a difference and the pay is bad !! You would also keep seeing new faces due to someone always  quitting!

Just out to force workers to make unreasonable calls to the client, the system is shallow, Company does not have adequate access to its Host network. No accurate information, Agent just working on shadows balances on client owing balances. Some of the lead hands are very helpful, but a lot are dangerously TOXIC, The managements are  just confused people 

Needs better management. Wage is to .low for this type of job. They don't even give you commission.

They only give 4 hours of training and let you work on your own the next day.

The co-workers are ok. The hardest part of the job is to deal with angry customers.The most enjoyable part of the job is to help customers who willing to received options and arragements.

This company had an amazing Atmosphere. Management really show cases their appreciation for staff. It became challenging to collect funds from companies who suffered due to covid.   Great place if someone speaks Spanish and French as well. 

Cool/nice managers. They buy you food weekly.
However, pay is  not worth it. 
It's a Start up business so I can understand the pay but I'd consider this job only if I wanted some experience or if it were my last resort.

I was working for like a month in the company. It is a start up, very few employees. No job satisfaction and security. Easy job to obtain. If no other choice is left then probably ppl can work here. You can never expect growth bt you can work for time pass and if you are looking for good jobs meanwhile you can.

Overall the office life is great. They are understanding and felxiable with hours if needed. They offer raffles and chances to win prrizes as encougment. Creates a healthy competative feild.. everyone who works there is amazing.

So stressful work i have to take 150 calls per dya and customers are also yelling on us and typical management and they give us free food but thats not worth it and very low paying job so thats not good at all.

Easy job to obtain. 
Some employees are favored by management over others
Hard work goes unnoticed and you are expected to do more than the job entails.
