The people are the best part of Endress+Hauser. For the most part the people at Endress were friendly and you could count on their support. But like all places sometimes personalities clash.

Depending on the department the pay can range from Low to Competitive. The bottom of the totem poll is the service department and the top is the sales department.

If you work in the office your time table can be flexible there's someone's there from 7am to 6pm.

Some managers/supervisors are not great with giving feedback, so you might not know that things are not going well.

Toxic and fear based lead by the GM and upheld by his minions.

A typical day was trying to remain under the radar and just get through each day  and get to Friday.

Professional Company all the way

General direction not always clear.

Far and above a very professional place to work.

Each day is self managed, all of the activity is a personal initiative.

The company had hired mostly technicians and did not have a strong understanding of the clients business or of the process the instruments were being placed into - the people understood the instruments but not how to apply them.

Family run company that is a global player. Difficult to get things going internally. A lot of turnover with staff and changes in the processes which makes it difficult to properly serve customer base. Recommend it but expect to work a lot of extra hours. Compensation is fair.

My experience there was a positive one. Good colleagues, respectful team. However, career advancement had a very slow prospect, at least in my case. Their online learning was very interesting and useful. dullest part was working with SAP.

Working in E+H Canada was stressful, everything changed every day, people has challenges together to figure out their responsibilities! Management push for more sales and HR is not cooperative. 


Working at E+H has helped me grow in my career and helped foster a strong work ethic. The management style really swings depending on which department you're in but overall, I recommend this company

I would recommend E&H to someone to work for.  They have great learning tools, and provide a good opportunity.  Given the chance I would work for them again.
