Job security would apply to permanent people overall. Great Atmosphere and great vacation and benefits packages as well. Full time people recive a pension matched by the company. Hardest part of the job is meeting metrics in a bad economy it is a very competitive market. Most enjoyable is helping people the industry can be quite complicated so when a customer starts to understand the process its a great feeling.

Good work experience and salary expectations matched the job description. Health and dental benefits are great. Job stress level is what you make of it and the work load is adequate for the job environment. There's also a free gym so you can unload all your customer service grunt on the treadmill. The cafeteria is great if you're lazy on bringing breakfast in the morning. Sunshine's and rainbows and everyone is friendly.

Great staff, great building, overall excellent experience. I would have stayed with Enmax my entire career. Unfortunately myself along with many others were let go during Covid restructuring.
Many many perks, excellent managers, great training, safety top of mind.

Great company to work for, they provide lots of opportunity for advancement. An environmentally responsible company. Involved in the community and great support from employees to volunteer in the  communities in which they live.

I have been working with Enmax Energy  for almost six moths, and so far Loved it. yes the work is could be very stressful and very fast paced, but because of the supportive managers/ leaders everything is eased out.

I'd be really happy at ENMAX if I were 55, and looking for a relaxed place to ride out my final years, but if you're interested in working at a real company, I'd keep looking.

Enmax is a great working environment that allowed me to utilise my consultative approach to account management. A typical day would consist of servicing existing clients and prospecting for new ones as well.

Great people......smart leadership.....not a fit for me.....if you want a rather staid career path without much intelliluctal excitement this company is for you.

Need to be self motivated 
Able to multi task and stay up to date on procedures

meet clients, make phone calls, monthly sales quotas.  High pressure sales without proper training and development not a fan at all
