At the time of writing this review, I remain fairly new with the company and am still learning the ropes. However, within a few months of working here, I feel more comfortable in the environment than I did in three years at my last job, which is a testament to the culture created at Ennova. It is not flashy (there are no foosball tables, no nap pods, etc.) because it doesn't need to be. The wages are fair and, in some cases, higher than what the competition offers, and employees are given benefits upon completing their probationary period. The workplace is exceedingly professional and employees are all treated with and treat one another with respect, which creates a reasonably harmonious atmosphere as far as workplaces go. Managers are quick to recognize and reward good work.

The major con of this workplace is that hours are long, which reduces work-life balance. However, they are keen to offer a reasonable amount of flexibility depending on your situation (hours can sometimes be adjusted to accommodate appointments, childcare, etc.). A few positions also offer hybrid flexibility due to current COVID guidelines, and it is my hope this flexibility continues to be offered as a choice in a post-COVID world because it helps improve work-life balance.

I have not been in this role long enough to comment accurately on job security or advancement.

Overall, the workplace is professional and balanced, and the work in my role (which is a unique one) is continuously interesting, which makes the job enjoyable day-to-day. The leadership team genuinely seems interested to know how the workplace can be continuously improved and this hopefully continues in the future.

A typical day at work: Each day starts with reviewing design drawings and schedules, attending planning meetings and problem-solving. 
What you believe you learned: I’ve gained deep technical knowledge about façade engineering, including materials science (especially glass and aluminum), structural load analysis, and thermal performance standards. I’ve also learned the importance of collaboration across disciplines and how vital precision is — a few millimeters off can have major implications on-site.
Management: 
workplace culture: The workplace culture is usually fast-paced and quality-focused. There’s a strong emphasis on teamwork, especially between design, production, and installation crews. When the company fosters a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous learning, it leads to better project outcomes and morale.
The hardest part of the job:  Curtain walls are precision-engineered systems, so any design revisions or late material deliveries can create delays.
The most enjoyable part of the job: Seeing a building’s façade come together and knowing you played a key role in its creation is incredibly rewarding. There's a great sense of pride when walking past a completed structure that showcases the elegance and complexity of the curtain wall system.

Looking for a full time permanent position? Then do not apply here. Job posting may say permanent full time, but expect to be fired/laid off within 3-6 months. The company’s work load goes up and down and they will onboard a bunch of “permanent” employees knowing they will not be needed in a few months time. With that being said if you already have a job do not leave to come work here....unless your goal is to go on unemployment, then this is the place for you!! Unemployment about to run out? No problem! come work here for a few months and then you can go right back to collecting unemployment! 

If you do decide to come work here, do not expect your experience to be a pleasant one. The people you work with are nice but supervisors and management are horrible. They may try to make it seem like they are being nice to you at first but then then will all get together and make fun of all the workers. Expect photos to be taken off you and your social media to be creeped and passed around the entire office. 

I guess some positions, I think more office ones.. I did not have to do this.. when  you accept they have you fill out an about me thing with a picture of you and it gets sent out to the entire company.The point to get to know new employees but I’ve seen photos that people have edited and passed around to make fun of the people.

I joined this organization as an Architectural technologist. Knowing my engineering background they encouraged me to work for a more challenging job as a junior civil engineer. They added value to my career by believing in me. My manager is an excellent teacher who taught me just like a school teacher. They are flexible on time. The organization has excellent management. Any technical or personal issues are addressed immediately with a proper hierarchy. As a fresher they allowed me to take my time to understand the company and the working culture. The organization believes in giving chances to freshers and giving them time to understand the industry work culture which makes me feel grateful about the ENNOVA.

A typical day at work is productive and rewarding, filled with meaningful tasks that contribute to team goals. I've learned to enhance my communication and problem-solving skills, which has boosted my confidence and efficiency. Management is supportive and approachable, always encouraging growth and innovation. The workplace culture fosters collaboration, respect, and inclusivity, creating an environment where everyone feels valued. The hardest part of the job is balancing multiple priorities, but it has taught me effective time management. The most enjoyable part is working with an inspiring team and celebrating shared successes.

I have been with the company for a few years and I can say that we work with some of the best people both shop and office.  Yes it can be a bit much at times with the deadlines but it is such a great place to work.  The points program and getting to acknowledge each other has really helped get to know people you don't work with everyday and we can buy stuff with the points dollars.

I cannot wait for Friday lunches to come back, they treat us with hot meals and an extra 10 mins at lunch.  

The negative reviews are opinions of others and nothing more.   It bothers me to read them as we are treated so well and often those people want to come back as the grass is not always greener on the other side.  

A great place to work with supportive management and co workers who will absolutely work with you to achieve your goals and advance if you are motivated to do so. Having started on the shop floor and eventually moved to a management position I can confidently say that there is plenty of opportunity here.
The company is an early adopter of advanced technologies and encourages continuous education and goal setting.

Ennova facades provides plenty of opportunity to work with your hands and use a variety of different power tools and machines. The supervisors and office staff feel friendly and even provide free lunch occasionally for their employees. Although the current starting wage is fair, there seems to be limited room for advancement and no built-in pay increases after the 1-year mark. On a positive note, the 10 hour days provide a decent amount of overtime without feeling overworked or burnt out.

Really nothing .. the only thing is to use people they go through people like crazy

Working alone   because noone likes to help out

If using people than yes not not culture at all

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
it's a very stressful job I wouldn't want to wish this on anyone

They tell you that they want to hear your opinions but then they'll turn around and fire you for, and I QUOTE, "bashing the company". Doesn't matter how much you enjoyed the job and put 110% of your effort into it, they make it clear that they don't give a dam about their employee's, you're just another easy to replace number.
