Working at Envoi Technologies was a pretty frustrating experience for me. From the start, it felt like the company didn’t really have its act together. There was barely any clear communication from management, so half the time, we were left guessing what we were supposed to be doing.

The work culture wasn’t great either—it felt toxic at times. Instead of teamwork, there was a lot of blame-shifting, and it made the job way more stressful than it needed to be. On top of that, the workload was insane. We were constantly being pushed to do more with little to no recognition, and honestly, the pay didn’t match the amount of effort we were putting in.

What bothered me the most was the lack of growth opportunities. It felt like no matter how hard you worked, there was no clear path to move up or develop your skills. If you're someone who values being treated fairly and having a chance to grow, this probably isn’t the place for you.

I wouldn’t recommend Envoi Technologies as a workplace unless they make some serious changes.

You use their apps to schedule which days in next week you can work for, when they have a route for you on that day, they will send you a message for you to accept the route or not, after you accept the route, you can choose a 15mins time frame for pickup the goods that for delivery, always around 50+.
But the schedule time when you selected, you arrived on time, you still need to wait for an hour at the warehouse. The waiting time is not count in your salary. At the warehouse, there will around 20+ cars waiting to pickup. This is the one things that i am not very like to work here, otherwise not bad 

Do not work here, it is not worth it. They ask for a weekly availability and end up giving you 2-3 shifts/week and the shifts you get are given to you around 1 and a half hour before the pick up time at their warehouse. Once you arrive at the warehouse they usually make you wait 30 mins or more if it's a busy day and there are always people who cut in line and warehouse management does nothing. The pay is absolutely horrible and if you confront management about this then they stop giving you shifts.

very boring physical job with managers that expect you to perform like robots. The managers have no communication skills but at least you can look forward to that 30 cent raise after a year of work.

Very good communication and flexibility . Fair pay for amount of work. Great structure within team. Opportunities for extra income within company and team 

It's a good place to start  with. They always stand to assist  whenever  there is any issues. 
They have a good team that are very  energetic  and polite.
