What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Stressful but is part of the job when you work for the operation of the company.

Very exciting and welcoming once you start. Along the time, you'll learn that you cannot be soft every time--maybe once in a while, depending on the situation. You'll also have to be confident and knowledgeable enough to keep up with work load. 

Pay is nice with our current contract. The only takeaway if you do full time is it's hard to meet with your friends as those free time is what you need to rest. 

Envoy YVR has by far the worst management. Especially their ramp supervisor who made the cut and still works there. It’s awful to work with someone who is be try inexperienced on the ramp and not knowing what goes on the daily ramp life. Glad to hear the company hired two new management employees that have way more experience on the ramp. It’s about time they hired an experienced ramp worker.

Awesome management team,  great coworkers.   I love the flexibility,  travel perks,  decent pay.   I wasn’t confined to one job:  I also operated lavatory service truck,   Groomed the cabin,  worked in bagroom,   dispensed inbound bags,    but I hate Vancouver International Airport.   safety is not an option.  It’s a way of life here.  

I had a nice time at Envoy air, people were nice to me. I gained experience working at the airport, working in a team(like a family).
every one on the team had a a particular task but we helped each other and that made work easier in a short period of time. so this helped me to be more responsible and focus on what am supposed

Do not work here. Applied at yvr airport few months ago, went through the process but they fire right away for ramp and agents. No job security! This company is bad! Management dont care about employees. Do not apply. Management will fire you for no reason!

Great place to work. Fun and fast environment. Yes, some days are more stressful than the others but that is what makes it challenging and different everyday. Passenger service sups were a pleasure to work with. 

Ramp supervisors could be hit or miss. One of them particularly lays into probationary employees until they pass probation. Seems like he has anger management issues. Flight benefits are the best part. 

i had a great time working @ envoy..my management was very supportive and helpful.It was fast-pace environment..effective communication and decision-making was a key.

Good starting company to learn about the industry.  No work life balance. Management only sees the bad never good and the hard work a you do.  Don’t appreciate employees.
