Though I worked through this temp agency for only one employer for little over a year, they did not hire and made it blatantly clear we were all replaceable. Through the winter seasons the job was very harsh and for the same pay as every other season. My home life took some effect to this as the hours of working were not set in stone but more, start at 6am, finish when you finish. So some days I would be able to return home at decent times, others I would be working for 12 hours or more. Also noticed after a while I was being paid less hours than I had worked as I personally took a record of my hours to compare.

Very hot and cold - no climate control
Garbage recycle - no ventilation - no barriers - only PPE
Union without support
Learned to operate and fix large crushing machine
Learn to use pallet transfer equipment
Some of the people were good to work with

Everyone took pride in the work to ensure that everything was done properly. Security very big part of the gmp program to ensure no contamination with the hatchery.

they use you then lose you, but it is what it is, could be doing anything from one day to the next no security at all. Could get you in the door at some places but takes mouths

different place to work all the time and that gift me the experience on  late of different place factory work and printing company richis, penisvina plactic  ect...

This is a temp service that I was working for. They got me a job at Modern Garbage Waste to be a Sanitarian Engineer. Great place to work if you are wanting to try out different jobs.

Received exposure to the manufacturing and assembly environment. This was the foundation to my later work experiences. The management is very friendly.

Bounced around everywhere empty promises from employers no matter how hard you worked they never hired you full time. It was like being lied to every day.

It's a sad place to work. You can feel the life being sucked out of every floor employee every day.
Management is a joke. Politics are just embarrassing, Only way to advance is play the game.

they don't treat you well. They take a lot of money off of your check for stupid things like gloves driving test etc...
