If you are willing to work and fight for your customer, this is a great place.  The management at branch levels are amazing people.  Allow you the freedom to work independently. The inside team are rockstars, and make work enjoyable.  They pay for sales is decent, but expect a wage, with no commissions.  Completely counter intuitive to a person in sales management. Getting the outside team paid out for hard work, and building relationships is not in their scope of business.  The issues are at the top.  They make some real goofball decisions, and you are left to question the leadership abilities.  A lot to be desired with where they put their money and resources.  Hopefully they can turn it around, because when the resources were in place, it was a lot of fun.

*My work volume was difficult to manage for one person.
*branch communication was poor, and numerous attempts to ask for help were either ignored or shut down.
*was often left out of the loop and isolated despite best efforts to be present and communicative.

It was difficult to leave because I really loved what I did there.  If it were to improve, I would absolutely consider  being part of the team again if they would have me.  It's a smaller company and seems to have good values, less of a faceless corporation.  

Immediate boss GREAT to work for, upper level management very poor.  No loyalty.  No raises.  
Best part was that they gave me a start on Driving.  
Workplace culture was very good.  Warehouse Manager, great to work for / with.  Typical day - Truck pre-trip load for deliveries - 
make delivery run,  return and post-trip truck.  Maintain truck as required.  If no deliveries required, then work with staff in Warehouse, helping clients with purchases.  Most enjoyable part of job was helping clients, and working with Warehouse manager.
Hardest part of job was trying to please Head Sales Woman.

The company thinks about money more then the well-being of their employees. They are completely toxic top to bottom and will actively screw you over whichever way they can. Will keep employees (that should have been fired long ago) that seem to sabotage new people coming in, causing good new workers to leave.

I am content with my decision to work for E.Roko. there is guidance available however you are left to do your job with zero micro managing. Help is available when needed and all of my co workers in the accounting department stop and help each other without hesitation.

Management is a bit fragmented and the benefits are less than what is the standard in the industry. I do like that the company is people and friends working. I recommend this company to people how are happy with just doing their job and having no stress.

 The plus is great products and a friendly and knowledgeable inside sales staff and coatings dept.  if your unemployed its a fine place to go for short term employment and learning the industry. Turnover is high.

They used COVID as an excuse to get rid of a lot of good people, upper management is as inept as they are clueless. I cant say I learnt too much in the position, other than it gave me the motivation needed to start my own company.

E.Roko is one company that values its employees. I worked there for about seven months. The company culture is inclusive, peers are collaborative, and managers and HR are supportive. The compensation is very fair, and they truly care about their employee's work/life balance.
