- busy coffee shop, great place if you are social and enjoy making conversation with various members of the community.
- owners/operators tended to be disorganized and was always reacting to bumps in the road vs prepared for them.
- equipment was always broken and rarely maintained, made it difficult to do job well.
- owners/operators paid poorly, not a livable wage at all and did not provide medical insurance for their full-time employees.  Raises do not come often, the owner/operator can not even maintain annual increases in wage to keep track with inflation/cost of living.
- owner/operator is against the raising of the minimum wage to $15.00 an hour.

I loved working here, the management and employees were amazing but I just didn't make enough money to stay working there. Their training is very through but easy to learn and remember. The hardest part of this job is not getting over whelmed when there are rushed and the best part about this job is the customers. They are very friendly and love to tell you about their day or even their experiences. I learner how to be apart of a team, deal with people in a friendly manner and improve my customer service.

I found the job to be very enjoyable throughout my short time working there. At times, it became very busy but this was mostly around midday. However, early in the mornings it was very quiet. i learned various skills such as good customer service. I felt that the most enjoyable part of the job was meeting new people and helping in any way that I could.

I like making drinks, I think its fun. But overall you do not get paid enough, the owner of the store does not care much and definitely some of the tips were going missing (tips when people paid with card.two weeks of full time work and you got about 2$ in tips something isnt right). The manager was/is great but it is kind of sad she is working so hard when the owner lacks any sort of caring.

Please advise this company! The management do not care about your and your wellbeing they are out for themselves, they talk about you behind your backs, make decisions about contracts without even informing you, don’t pay you on time and do not pay holiday properly. This is not a well run company and would not recommend to anyone 

Esquire's was a very busy place to work. I learned how to make various drinks. I got along very well with management and my coworkers. The hardest part of the job was the late hours. The most enjoyable part of the job was meeting new people and learning how to make some of my favorite drinks!

Absolutely terrible. Underpaid, no breaks, no overtime. Undertrained, and the managers are clueless to the drama that surfaces. Plus the owners daughter is a brat, and doesn't do any work.

Environment was a positive feeling.

staff was always friendly.

always looked forwards to going to work.

To bad they resentely closed down.

this is easy work environment although managed very very poorly. both the manager and owner are very hard to get ahold of and they rarely give you the hours that you ask for

it was defiantly a fun place to work, I worked with my bestfriend and we always had a great time together. I worked both night and day and each day I worked was great.
