I worked here for close to a year prior to them moving the academy. Instructors have yelled at me for mistakes others made before I was even on shift. Worked 10 hour shifts without overtime. Witnessed students crying multiple times. Constant tech issues. Lots of tension between management/instructors.

I did like interacting with the students, they were generally pretty lovely and friendly. 

It’s been a few years since I worked here so hopefully things have improved but my experience wasn’t great. 

Here is the worst job that you can find in the world!
Anywhere is better than here. Don't come here even you have no choice.
Awful management and terrible attitude. The founder and the president know nothing about their business, they don't know how to run a company properly.  Laying off people often. They expect people to work 24h a day. But no matter how much you do, they think you did nothing. No appreciation, no respect to employee.
Out of stock all the time, no money to buy product. Push employee all the time. 
Overall horrible.

Avoid this place like the plague. The management is completely incompetent and they way they treat students is abysmal. The kits the students pay for are inadequate for the amount of clients they have to see during their program, and they must supplement these supplies out of pocket. The staff turnover is incredibly high. The products they supply are mediocre and will tell students that they have to learn "with the worst equipment so they can be prepared for the work environment".  This is probably the most unethical place I've ever worked.

Eveline Charles was the most stressful job I ever worked at. I worked as a guest host lead and during Christmas we were short people so I busted my butt and did 10-12 hour shifts (most shifts I didn’t even get a break). I never got paid for my overtime or compensated in anyway. Head office is the main problem to why the employment turnover of this company is so bad. They’re rude, verbally abusive, and all they care about is numbers.

Eveline Charles is a terrible place to work. The employers are irresponsible, unproffesional and careless.
After a unreasonable dismisal, i found out that i had not been paid for the breaks i never recieved or for any of my overtime. I would work standing 6-9 hours a day with no breaks. Clients complained often and product shipment was rare.
The most enjoyable part of the job was interacting with happy clients.

Worst job ever ... I quit my perfect job to work there and thought it was an organized place to work but the chaos , drama and games are beyond imagination . Framing people up for theft to fire them is the standard technique . Micro managing and not trusting any one . It felt like a torture working there. No appreciation , no trust , no confidence and not enough resources to run the business .

the management where nothing but bullies. The school uses stools to hold up the head and feetof the faical beds, and makes the students provide thier own poliah and gel to do serivices then the school charges the client $15 and up as an add on but dose not give the students any of that money.  The spa makes you provide your own gloves and files, other stuff and still takes product deductions and pays min wage.

hours cut daily, fired one week before end of 3 month probation so they wouldnt have to pay severance.
They typically didnt have product or hair color in stock the spa employees had to purchase heir nail files to use  clients because the warehouse was out of stock  and the manager refused to purchase from the beauty supplier

I would greet customers coming in, see what appointment they were here for and show them where to go.  I would ring in payment for customers after they were finished with their beauty related service.  Management was micro-managing and unhappy.

Worked there for quite a while. The employees were some of the best people I have ever met but the way the company is ran in its entirety is very outdated. 

They need to ditch the outdated business mod or will end up out of business
