I will leave an opinion in all transparency and without hypocrisy as I could say it in front of the people with who I work of what is good and less well in the company.

We work with an exceptional team manager, very educational and listening to us, working with certain positive colleagues is a pleasure but others take themselves too seriously which makes the work sometimes unpleasant, people can denounce you for ridiculous things like having too much energy the tables with your favorite players... 

It is not a mentality that suits me having been an entrepreneur and always being I am above that and where I come from we do not have the culture of snitch it is very bad ... 

The company makes our evening and weekend trips easier by providing taxis paid for by it. 

They offer employees pizza and juice a few times, and the cafe is self-service. In general, there is a good atmosphere with everyone. 
There are breaks of 25 minutes quite frequently (every 1h 1h30) It pays pretty well. 
There are sometimes new positions to take. 
The players often compliment you even if they lose if you stay positive (what some people do not understand is that the image too professional and square does not please people and they tell us they prefer people more natural, it's the new world). 
Your managers can easily give you your vacation if you plan it in advance which is very pleasant. 

Now let's move on to the slightly more delicate points: Spending several hours in front of a screen in the dark can lead to migraines and headaches. 
Repetitive movements of shoulder and back pain. Some tables make us feel like robots repeating the same thing over and over.

Personally, I don't mind the repetitive actions most nights as a GP. It can be a bit boring, and some days you'll be really sore afterwards, but once you get used to things you can basically do the job in your sleep. The pay is excellent for what it is, and the people I met were almost all friendly and fun to talk to. There were free snacks and coffee every day in the canteen, and even a few places to sleep if you had a late shift.

However. Management does not care about you at all. With the exception of the trainers, as long as you show up to fill a proper slot in the shift schedule, they do not care about if you're sick, if your mental state is ok, or if you have a safe way home in bad road conditions. They will even break protocol to call a taxi outside of their normal hours to bring you in to your shift, but will shrug and tell you they don't do that if you ask for one to get home. You are a body to put in a seat, and that's it. They will even beg you to work a 13 hour shift if they're short on people, then guilt trip you if you say no.

Also, I applied because the job was listed as remote. That was half true, but I ended up having to commute to their studio, and it was a LONG commute. This is NOT something you can do from home.

The work environment and tasks are straightforward, making it an excellent choice for those seeking a low-stress job.  It is the easiest job I ever had. People who have never experience in casino industry can learn more about gambles which are interesting and you will get trained for 2 weeks by professional trainers. Nothing to worry about. Good for students or those needing part-time work, the flexible hours allow for a great work-life balance. Competitive salaries are complemented by bonus opportunities, rewarding employees for their performance. The company hosts enjoyable events and teambuilding activities, fostering a sense of community and engagement. Manager is nice and friendly. Working at Evolution means being part of a diverse team, enriching the workplace with various cultures and perspectives.  Employees receive an allowance for make-up, transit. The workplace is equipped with excellent facilities, ensuring a comfortable and efficient work environment. and FREE COFFEE. Highly recommend it ! Only complaint I have is graveyard shift is challenging. The need to work overnight shifts can be challenging for some, affecting sleep patterns and social life.


A typical day starts 15 mins before you even start to get paid. You must show up 15 mins early (full uniform and make up) for pre shift meeting then you must be waiting at the tables 5 mins before you start. Then you go on the tables some times have players sometimes not. Some times you laugh so hard sometimes you get insulted mostly you get ignored. 

You do get lots of breaks (usually 20-25 mins every 1.5 hours) however there is nothing to do! Shifts are 9 hours and you don't get paid for that extra hour because it is a "break". 

The bonuses are cool BUT it provides incentive for dealers to hide mistakes so they make bonus.  Attendance bonus does nothing but harm those who need to use sick days. 

The hours suck. Either your working all day with no time once your off or you work all night just to sleep all day. There is ZERO work life balance. Plus when they have staff meetings it is mandatory that you work 11 hours that day or its deemed as an absence. 

There is hardcore favoritism which is evident by the fact some people get fired for certain behaviors while others who do the same thing get rewarded with a favorable rotations which management even admitted to me that they do.

For me personally, working and meeting people here is a stroke of luck. I have read some comments both liking and disliking this place, and to be honest, all of them have some truth. I like well-dressed and beautiful people, so this place is perfect for me. Starting a workday with the best appearance always makes me feel good. However, some people do not want to wear the make up, so they might dislike too. The salary is fair for what you do. Additionally, Evolution is a global company, so all staff must follow global standards, and I learn a lot from this. All allocated tasks are clear and transparent, and the support team is always active in helping you when needed. Thank you, Evolution, for having me.

Ehh, one thing I do not like (and most people don’t either) is the night shift. LOL. But, as said before, it's fair enough for the salary.

while this job pays pretty well and is not physically difficult, it is very mentally exhausting. the management is absolutely awful. there is so much corporate bearucracy that your managers or their managers have no power, anything and everything has to go through their corporate overseas overlords. very strict appearance and employee standards, they expect you to act like robots on their live tables. if you don't look, say and act exactly how they want say goodbye to their special ~monthly bonus!~ while the concept of earning extra money every month sounds great, it is hard to get, demoralizing to lose over some of the ridiculous things they take it away for and they will take it away for minor infractions. worked there for 16 months and would never recommend it. 

If you've ever suffered from overwork and stress, this job is for you. Outside of work hours, you rarely have to worry about work, but the third shift and the inevitable night shifts that you can't take off on other people's days off will take a toll on your health. Also, every second of your work is recorded and monitored by managers in real time. It's more stressful than you think. Also, players who lose money often say something really bad. I don't know if this is the job for life, but it's good chancr to preparation for the next step. 

One of the reasons it's not a lifetime job is because they're not going to give you a raise if you've been with the company for 10 years or 20 years(If you are GP). No one likes to be making the same salary as a new hire in their 20th year.

The worst professional experience, its getting worst. They will tell you all the beautiful things you want to hear at the beginning and then do the opposite. The job is okay but very stressful, high turnover, a lot of overtime; poor communication, they keep changing rules and make it harder to have a bonus, the pay is low. There is a lot microaggressions, micromanagement, gaslighting, bullies; it also comes from managers when they are supposed to show a good example, a lot clicks. They don't care and have no respect for theirs employees, rude and controlling behaviors is allowed, trash talking about theirs employees, spreading rumors and gossips, and manipulate teams against each other; they use intimidation to silence people when they call them out. HR is not your friend they don't do anything about it. They have lost a lot good employees. 

I have been working in Burnaby branch of Evolution since 4 months ago. I can tell that it is very well managed and organized. I appreciate the inclusivity and international ambiance that it offers.  Colleagues are amazing and respectful. My mental health has improved since I work for this company and it’s noticeable by my friends and family. The salary for the job I do is the minimum but I still want to stay in this company only due to the work culture and structure it offers.  Bonus can be given based on performance as well. We can choose between morning shift, afternoon shift or night shift based on our lifestyle, I find that very convenient as I can have afternoon shifts and work on my small business in the mornings. I also have a very healthy physical schedule as there’s a gym facility in the building and I try to go there before or after work. 

Job use to be fun everything was great, until they keep constantly keep changing rules after rules after rules and management don't know what there doing and they act like they better than plus they don't show a good example of a true leader they more of a cupcake leaders that how soft they are and show no respect to their workers, when you say you can't work OT they will force it like they do whatever they want its a joke that place and very toxic, no respect no culture, they lost soo many great workers it's sad and they wonder why people keep leaving that place and it's still happening they always understaff. I'm glad I left that place cuz I'm worth more that piece of junk and they don't deserve hard working people if they keep treating people the way they are!
