Working at Expertec was an amazing experience. The company really stands behind employees and cares about everyone no matter the position. I will definitely miss working there. When I started I had minimal experience in the feild of vehicle upfitting but had knowledge in construction and occasional vehicle work. Expertec took the time to train me to better my skills and grow in the company. After constantly learning I was generously compensated along the way not that money is everything but it was a very nice surprise to see a company be willing to increase wages rather than most corporations that just try to give everyone the bare minimum. The work environment and culture is something they strive in as well everyone from upper management, sales staff, and the shop crew are great to get along with and everyone is working for a common goal. It was nice being with the company coming out of covid when everywhere was slow and they had a smaller staff to now and as profits have increased something staff had mentioned in those anonymous surveys was for bonuses, boot or work clothes allowances and a few others and the company delivered. It's crazy to see that a company can care for employees and because of that the employees care to help the company, something that's definitely lost on most workplaces these days

After working for various companies, Expertec has resonated with their friendly and open minded leadership team and staff. As many of them started during the initial growth of the organization, they have unanimously embraced a culture of healthy corporate values while being receptive to new ideas to remain competitive and competent in the commercial vehicle upfitting industry. Regardless of your position, we all work harmoniously.

The 2 long time techs that work here are great, they have a good sales and management team that knows what they are doing. Office staff is a bit inclusive, try to do it their way and don’t rock the boat and you should be fine. Technicians are treated very well, they understand the importance of keeping their money makers happy. Moved into a Very nice shop a few years ago, well organized and good tools. Bought a big forklift brand new a few years ago too, seemed like a good growing company with a nice profit range.

I found the management team and coworkers to be extremely engaging and helpful and supportive to meet the company goals and objectives and mission. Everyone was very helpful and really supportive of each other in regards to being a team. I didn’t once see anyone upset even though it was busy and deadlines were needed to be met. Overall this company was a great company to work for! 

I am new to Expertec but have witnessed many situations where staff help one another. The pay is above average and I feel supported here. Training is provided and there is free on-site parking. 

The company is expanding and I believe that there is room to grow professionally. 

A company that lives by their values and lifts up their employees.  Ideas do not fall on deaf ears and every voice is heard.  A positive work environment with management that genuinely cares about their employees.  A great team of passionate people.

I have worked here for over a year now, and I've never looked back.  Great culture, great people, good work/life balance. I get the feeling that the management team cares about me and my success as an individual.  
We recently did a fun team building event on a Friday afternoon that was great!

Nepotism is very present between management and certain staff here. Family business that doesn't really know whats going on in the workplace. Free lunch once a month. Lazy coworkers on the toilet constantly. They're on your computer watching what you do. So disorganized. Lazy people do well here. 

Only good thing about working at this place was the friendship i made with my co workers. Other wise management are idiots. Worked for may different companies in my life this place is by far the cheapest no bonus at all

Expertec is a great company to work with. People are really supportive, encouraging, and, motivating. The work environment feels inclusive and respectful. Expertec is on the growth trajectory, hence providing the best place to learn and grow.
