I’ve been with this company for a while now, and my experience has been both fulfilling and transformative. Here’s a glimpse into my typical day and what I’ve learned along the way.

My day usually starts early, I make it a point to be here before 8 o’clock. I take a few moments each morning to greet everyone across the various departments, asking how they are and really listening to their responses. This simple, genuine exchange sets a positive tone for the day, and I’m always met with the same warm and friendly welcome in return.
Collaboration is key in our workplace. I work closely with the sales team, the sales manager, and the service team to ensure that every customer interaction reflects the best possible attitude, top-notch customer service, and true professionalism. Our teamwork makes it possible to meet customer needs effectively and creates an environment where everyone feels supported.

Over time, I’ve grown into both a team player and a leader. Balancing these roles has taught me the importance of collaboration, effective communication, and the power of leading by example. Embracing these dual roles has not only helped me develop professionally but also allowed me to contribute more meaningfully to our overall success.

The management here is more than fair. Their supportive approach is evident when you consistently give your best. They recognize and reward hard work, which motivates me to push my limits and contribute at my full potential. This fair treatment from management plays a crucial role in making me feel valued and empowered.

The workplace culture is absolutely amazing. There’s a strong sense of camaraderie among coworkers and even with our customers. We share a common bond, and the environment feels more like a welcoming club where everyone genuinely cares about each other. This supportive and friendly atmosphere is something I truly cherish and contributes significantly to the overall positive experience here.

One of the most challenging aspects of my role is finding viable alternatives for customers who aren’t currently eligible for credit to finance their purchase. It’s a tough responsibility because it involves problem-solving and empathy and trying to come up with creative solutions while managing the disappointment some customers may feel.

On the flip side, nothing beats the joy of getting a customer approved for credit after they’ve been waiting for an opportunity. It’s incredibly rewarding to play a part in making some ones dreams come true. That moment of success not only reaffirms the value of our work but also reinforces why I’m so passionate about what I do.

Overall, working here has been an enriching experience. The early morning greetings that set the tone for the rest of the day, the supportive management, and the genuinely caring workplace culture all contribute to making this a place where I can grow both professionally and personally.


Working for FFUN has been one of the work experiences that I have been most grateful for. It very much is a "you get what you give" environment. For example, my earning potential and day-to-day experience is largely determined by my own attitude, energy, willingness to learn and adapt, people skills, etc. Almost all of my managers and co-workers have been incredible team players - when one wins, we all win- and it's been a great environment to develop in, both professionally and personally. 

I would highly recommend FFUN to anyone who is looking for a challenging, but incredibly rewarding, career. Go-getters, FFUN is for you!

If you are someone who prefers day-to-day consistency, prefers taking direction over self-starting, etc. this company may not be for you as being able to navigate change and taking control of your own success is expected and valued. 

I love working at Volkswagen.  My day at work consists of answering the phone, and booking appointments and taking care of my ``work family`` I refer to them as my family because in all honest, I spend more time with them than I do with my real family. I have learned many aspects of the automotive industry in the past 5 years and have loved every moment here.  The management team can be hard on us and expect more than we know we have to give, but they know what we can do even when we don`t.  The hardest part of the job is seeing the good people leave, making friends and seeing them every day and then they are gone.  The most enjoyable part of the job is knowing that no matter what I need to succeed my management team will work with me to make it happen, seeing coworkers work together to help a service customer, to meet the needs of a sales customer and each other`s goals.

Within the company, the sense of camaraderie and belonging greatly enriches the work environment, mainly through the management's pivotal role in fostering a healthy and relaxed atmosphere where each contribution is valued. There seems to be a lack of consistent support and guidance from management, making it difficult to navigate certain aspects of the role. The long hours, often including evenings and weekends, can lead to burnout, especially with little work-life balance. While the company does promote a team-oriented culture, the reality often feels more competitive than collaborative, which adds unnecessary pressure. Opportunities for growth or advancement within the company are limited, and it can feel like there's a ceiling on how far you can progress in your career. Additionally, the pay structure can be a bit unclear, with commissions sometimes feeling out of reach despite putting in a lot of effort. Overall, while there are some positive aspects to the job, these challenges can make it hard to stay motivated and truly enjoy the role."

The job is not too complicated and it gets a lot easier as time goes and you gain more and more experience. One thing you will definitely not be lacking here are opportunities. This is an innovative and progressive company with plenty of opportunities that will help you learn, grow and gain experience through exposure. We are lucky enough to have a management that truly cares about what we have to say. They are open for feedback and take all our ideas and opinions into account. They work hard to do right and treat us properly. It is a wonderful feeling being a part of the company that knows your worth and sees you as an important part of company’s success.


My experience has been rewarding with a palpable sense of camaraderie among the team, creating an inviting and harmonious workspace. Here, there's an explicit career trajectory with several growth opportunities for dedicated employees. I find my interactions with colleagues to be pleasant, marked by mutual respect and trust. Training programs are readily available, pushing employees to embrace new challenges and responsibilities. There's an undeniable commitment to constant improvement in product and service quality, always prioritizing customer satisfaction.

I worked for FFUN for 2 years and lead a growth division of the company. I would not agree with the “disinformation” review. The owner has “MULTIPLE” projects and multi million dollar deals in the works at all time. 

Disclosing too much information about these projects would never be good for business, growth and confidentiality. This is big business. FFUN is a major employer in Canada. I miss working there and the great people. I will cherish my time at FFUN for many years. Do not hesitate to consider FFUN as a future employer. You’ll need athelism and grit to play on this team. Highly competitive sales driven business is exactly what automotive is - do not expect this to ever be anything but. No sales - no profit - no profit - no money for pay checks. Ie adult job.

The FFUN Motor Group is amazing company to work for. The people that make all this happen are just incredible. Always laughing and enjoying themselves while simultaneously working their butts off. Everyone is understanding and willing to help you if you need it. With management always striving for greatness, they also have the compassion and love for their employees to make sure they have all the tools they need to succeed. I personally have been helped by numerous managers to help find a job that suits my personality and never felt that my job was in jeopardy. I have been working with the FFUN Motor Group for almost 5 years now and from what I knew when I started to what I know now is nothing short of extraordinary. I have learned something new and interesting everyday through the companies 'driven to grow' mentality.
