How to deal with some diffcult customers.

Even though it was in a call centre, still made you feel you were doing desk job, getting to know new phones and etc that were coming out.

Being a customer service representative isn't usually easy, but it becomes even more challenging when you don't feel that you've got the proper help and guidance from higher management. In the last few months, it's become clear to me that Fido's employees, at least the the frontline level, are nothing more than numbers that are not cared for or important.

Working at Fido Retail was a good experience. i have enjoyed working there because i interacted with customers and improved my customer service skills.the hardest part of the job was I've learned  was dealing with angry customers and finding solutions to their problems. The most enjoyable part was when i became the Store Manager and trained employees. I enjoyed teaching others how to sell.

I worked for FIDO Solutions as a Customer Service Representative for 7months. My Job experience in FIDO mostly includes talking with customers and resolving their issues. Apart from work, there were many extra-curricular activities like playing indoor games, having pot-locks once in every month, these were the most enjoyable part of my job.

Fido/Rogers overall is a great company to work for. Amazing team and great managers. The working environment is fun, motivating and there is lots of personal and professional growth within this company. 
It is important to dedicate yourself to your job to meet and exceed sales targets; to maximize on your commission.

I have seen long-time staff get fired for no reason and simultaneously get replaced by cheaper, younger staff. There is no room for growth. The salary is good considering what is required as prerequisites for this job. It helped me hone my sales skills and I went above and beyond to create a new protocol to sell accessories and insurances.

Stores were typically busy but we had enough staff to handle the wok load. Really enjoyed working with the team i had. Lots of friendly competition. 
Had a great manager. Lots of one on one coaching. We typically exceed our sales targets. 
Some of the technology was tricky to use. Especially when it failed.

Its a job for highschool or collage student because atleast you make commission + hhrly. they will never hire you full time or promote. Very low chances or success and growth. And very racist manager and general manager.



This job was ok to work at for a few months but it also is the only job that ever caused me depression, maybe it was me at the time or maybe it was the stressful work environment , all I know is a few friends of mine and some stranger had the same experiences as me working there. thread carefully.

The nature of the job (customer sales representative) is a difficult one. Persoanlly I found it very taxing emotionally as calls made by customers typically involve problems and bad attitudes. 
The company does a lot to mediate this, pay is good, benefits are great
