A typical day would be servicing 5-7 people a day with various treatments and duration of their treatments  
Management was great at the beginning but the last few years of me working there was very difficult, very toxic and the manager made it very noticeable of favoring  certain people.
Most of my co-workers were great to work with.
I truly love my profession and know that I was a great therapist while I worked there.  I was a team player and a very dedicated individual

Working in such a large industry, the fellow employees are as one. If ones in suffering or celebrating a life event, you could always count on them to be there for you. The management treats everyone with respect and understanding as though they have been in your shoes. They will work with you and resolve any issue faced with. All in all, a fantastic place to be associated with, I am very proud to have had the experience to be apart of the success and growth of this industry.

it was fun working in fallsview casino, I liked working as a team with my co-workers, and we learned a lot from each other; it depends on who you are working with; if you are working with a hard working person who takes his/her job seriously, any task will become easy and fun; and if you work with someone who talks more than anything, then you may work a little extra hard; I also liked working by myself, I am very flexible; getting awards for good customer service and hard work is really nice part of the job;

For the most part Fallsview Casino is a great place to work but has stayed from its mandate to provide full-time high paying employment for the Niagara Region. If your employed full-time you cost them too much money in benefits/ vacation pay and therefore they look to end your employment! I found the glass ceiling is really low and advancing in the company difficult!

As a part time job, this would be the ultimate, ideal job for those looking to have a flexible schedule. Shifts are based on bus schedules and it is possible to choose shift times according to your preference. In addition, you send in your availability one week in advance and it is up to you to indicate how many days you can work.
The down side would be that this job has little or no room for advancement.

Fallsview Casino is number one when it comes to employment in Niagara Region. Great place to work.Team environment as well as independent work. Best training in all facets of casino industry and AGCO regulations. Great environment.great job for advancement and skills upgrade. Wonderful management team who cares about their employees.

Arrive at work 30 min early to sign in and get keys and float.  Meet the outgoing lead slot attendant to review what happened the shift before. The hardest part of the job was explaining to the guest why they did not win on a combination.  the most enjoyable was telling a guest they just won a large jackpot.

Working at Fallsview Casino was very interesting and I learned all aspects of my job as I was there many years.
The reason I finally left the Casino was the shift work. After many years of working all different shifts, I found it got harder to work there.  At the end, I was working the midnite shift and found my health was suffering.
All in all, it is a good place to work.

a lot of wlking and helping customers, checking identification at the doors, i learned do not gamble, management was very strict culture was very strained, hardest part was at being in the casino with the smells and noise, when it was time to head for home
