Overall it was ok. The employees are encouraged to rat each other out and point out failures. HR doesn't care, and they say they're inclusive but its a lie, they will use any excuse to get you out, even if you have a disability they use it against you. They said that my position was jo longer required then the next day they were hiring a replacement, they're frauds. If you're late once due to a train they blame you for not leaving 30 minutes earlier then write you up.

I really enjoyed my time at FCT! It had clear expectations, a great work-life balance, and I felt like I really was part of a team. I wanted to stay there forever and only left because I got laid off - I would absolutely work there again if the opportunity presented itself.

They definitely expect you to engage with their corporate culture and I think the worst thing I could say is that they are really pushing for employees who work remotely to come in to their very badly-located Oakville office.

The company has an overall good workplace culture.  There are opportunities of advancement available for those who aspire and show the aptitude.  There is a gym available to all employees in the lower level of the building.

FCT manage service default , has the best culture team and best working environment and the manger is very cool and comprehensive such as the team leader to and overall the team is very helpful. 

The job itself is great but office politics and favoritism is concerning. Very stressful during peak real estate season. Best company of the title insurance industry but could use some improvement with making employees feel appreciated 

Overall a good place to work for. Downside is always it is tied closely to real estate market that in rising interest rates can be a downturn to the business.

Very busy time during month end quarter end closes with lot of deadlines. Work place culture is fun and work hard.

Great place to work with friendly employees. Lots of perks outside of just salary like benefits, hybrid arrangements. Keeps the employees engaged and social with each other through events.

Always felt comfortable when working. If I had questions I was able to ask and get certain feedback. Everyone was very friendly and helpful which made my term even better.
