Makes for a short-term job since there is no structure or proper training. Either the employees or the employer call it quits sooner than later. Many employees come and go from my experience here. You spend most of your time fixing others' mistakes, call in for services to fix things or clean up the former employee messes. Arrogant and bi-polar management. The lady who works here learned a few things because she has been here too long and she feels really smart. A really busy place but mostly learn on your own and be a genius or you are not respected or recognized. Your worth is only what they pay you and not beyond. This is a small business and get on the owner's good side since there is big time favouritism. Nice place if you need flooring done or like being put down constantly. There are a lot of expectations from you without any direction.

Great environment and great coworker's.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Work with the installers and try to solve all the problems.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It’s fun and friendly environment, we have the liberty to take our decisions.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
It’s great, we can talk with the customers, listen nice music, we can discuss what is the best for the company.

The job is very fast paced and of course in sales you are expected to produce results. As long as you are aware of what is expected and can deliver, it can be very rewarding. The owner was always transparent with us which I appreciated when many other businesses I've worked for have not. I moved on from the company to pursue other opportunities but I would definitely work there again. The owner has been one of the best owners I've worked for to date.

This establishment has a bad rap. Very high turnover. Management is not supportive. Management is all about the money than the well being of his staff. No matter how hard you work, it is never enough. Management will pay you what he feels you're worth. Could potentially do much better with different management as the location and walk in traffic is good. I feel for the employees who feel they must stay. No satisfaction.

Not a good place to work. Management has no respect for employees, especially women.  Boss calls assistant Mom. Expected to know things with no training.  High turnover as boss lets you go or you quit.  Expected to do boss's personal errands. Very difficult and high stress place to work as Boss is very moody.

None .  Very toxic place

Terrible..lots of backstabbing

very challenging ..high turn over in staff . expected to be a warehousemen , janitor , receptionist, expepted to work more then 5 days a week, and work late eat nite and every long weekend
