This place couldn’t possibly get any worse . You will be over worked and completely under paid. You will never see raises or any benefit to working for this company . The whiny bad workers get the special treatment and easy work while the best workers get punished and the worst runs. You will always be expected to pick up all the extra slack from the lazy ones . You will be lied to on a daily basis . They are always short staffed and the managers will dump everything on the few workers they have which causes good workers to leave. 
It’s really a wonder how a pathetic company like this is still in business.

Employees don't care because management doesn't care. All management cares about is looking good to the people above them. They don't stick up for their Employees they don't offer solutions they take and take. It's a stressful job, with customers yelling at you everyday and all anyone can say is well next call will be better. I've seen lots of people cry and it doesn't matter. 

I miss this place, their holiday rules were fantastic. The management was incredibly understanding (most of the time at least). It was lots of fun, I actually didn't mind the overtime during the summer. Plus.....free ice cream.

They present as a great company to work for, company benefits, quarterly staff events, but they don't care about you. Management is barely around, they lie about promotions and lay off long term employees rather than work with them. 

Warehouse job of picking and receiving. Lots to learn and advancement for those wanting it
Will train you for forklift tickets etc

Great for students who dont want to have to look for work every summer

If you’ll have a job next week.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The people aren’t bad but management is shady.

Foothills was great to work for.  The team atmosphere was easy to work with and the equipment was immaculately maintained.  There is a wide variety of careers to engage in from sales, to production, to transportation.

Enjoyable place to work for any physically capable student looking to stay cool (literally) during the summer months. Most work takes places within the freezer doors, so acclimatization to -20c is required!
