Its a very divided and poor work environment. You are a slave driver who is just a number.  The hours are really long and management likes to yell at you when things don't go well. There is a massive separation between senior people and new hires.

I knew almost nothing about cars let alone anything to do with financing or leasing vehicles. So this job gave me an opportunity to gain knowledge of a lot in the car industry.

This company expects management to work 80 plus hours a week and have no family life.  They also don't like to take you off contract unless you threaten to quit.  It would help if they give you the tools to do your job.

Enjoy coming to work each day. Learned a new industry that has alot to offer. Ford is the best selling brand in Canada, and continues to strive towards becoming the best in North America,.

Although the work is very fast paced and hard on the body, I managed to retire in good health with a good pension. Low stress unless you bring it upon yourself.

i like everything about ford and i can do any work at that company if they accept me i will be a happiest and grateful man in this world because it is my dream work in canada and live on there

Ford was amazing, but you need to put in the time for what you expect in return. Amazing people, some turn around, but all around a pleasant place to work at.

It was a good paying job. there were not too concerned when it came to me getting injured while working though. if you don't mind being bored for 8 hours this isn't a terrible place to work.
