I worked here and gave 100%. Everyday. Lots of work orders.  Always felt unappreciated. Most of the office staff are awesome. Ownership make you feel insignificant. On-call is pretty crazy and you are not paid for it. When you want a day off they fround on it and make it seem undeserving.  General manager at the time was a completely brainless.  If you called in sick he would knock on your door at home. I actually quit from here best thing I did after giving them one and a half years. Some times were OK, but trust me more bad time than good.  The maintenance department does work hard to get things done.  I would never work back for this place. Happy where I am better ownership and management.

Many new employees who bring fresh enthusiasm and awesome longer term staff who are welcoming, supportive and bring experience in their roles. Upper management encourages everyone to bring their ideas forward and to pursue personal and professional development. Forthright recently expanded their office and it includes a gym, which gets regular use from the team. Lots of social events with the team, seems to be monthly! Have already seen a BBQ, potluck, baking exchange, holiday party, community initiatives etc. Will write another review in a year to give a check in! 

Forthright Properties is a great place to work, people are friendly and helpful, new management team that is trying hard to improve all aspects of the company, lots of opportunities! This is a company that cares about its residents, employees and properties. Lots of employee activities, BBQ's, lunches, training and development, holiday party, positive rewards and recognition programs. Fantastic Maintenance Team who always goes out of the way to help people!

Its a decent and very laid back job. But being paid salary and working overtime does not work. Also they constantly make changes in the company so this isn't really a career. 

Management was great otherwise. This is great for a temporary job. But nothing life worth.

Its just a fun place to work with a good team. You have to like working independently in my role but you always have a supportive team to phone or text if you need any help

Great place to work if you’re willing to adapt and learn new skills consistently. Most coworkers were pleasant to work with and you generally receive acknowledgement from your managers for a job well done. 

Really enjoy the team, the culture and positivity! I would recommend this place to all who want to join a fun team and be rewarded for great work. All levels are equally respected and appreciated. Staff functions are great and the company does them often. 

My experience with Forthright Properties was pretty positive. The work was mostly GC carpentry, but it was a pretty positive work environment. The company provided lunches quite often which was really nice. The pay was slightly lower than average, so if you are chasing a higher wage you have to take the good with the bad.

Had a great time working with this company. Lots of nice people. Staff are fun to be around. It's very busy and there is a lot of learning but overall, it was great. I left to take a different career path. I would recommend this place to anyone if they do get a job offer.
