Working at four seasons hotel is a bit stressful specially during peak seasons we work so hard because we need to finish 15 full rooms within 8hours
Sometimes you skip meals or breaks in order to meet the demands 
during low seasons when we're not given enough hours we have to look for extra jobs outside in order to sustain our daily living.so i had to work as an elderly caregiver for me to make ends meet.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Management and all the staff were so amazing . Work life was next level, learned a lot with the company. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
There was no stressful part I think for me, because I love my job.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Amazing as per the golden rule .

I don’t think there was any typical day for me, as I like to handle all the situations.

I love to work four seasons hotel,all management staff are well trained and only I’m not forgot we had  always huge Christmas party together with our family and separate children party too,not happening to others hotel,we had free snacks and only $2.00 for our lunch we can choice what kind of menu huh!FOUR SEASONS HOTEL I LOVE YOU 

Greet different customers daily. Training system good for different level employee. providing good benefit. comp rooms and discount for food and beverage when travelling .

Leaving for home after the shift.

Operating unmaintained vehicles.

Total lack of safety culture.

Was my first experience in a hotel industry and was good, learned everyday something new.worked with all sort of culture and from different countries.got experience in all fields they trained you in every field for crunch.

good place to work....employees are very friendly and we treat each other like a family...
managers are so good to their employee. employee.have a good working environment.managers treat us fairly..

Everything was great  But hospitality industries is busier in summertime.Dead season is winter ,so do not expect any tips .You will be busy 6,7 month and 4 month that you work for nothing
