At the start was so excited to work there I loved my co workers and manager fun and chill personalities. But I felt blind sided and not heard. I was fired one day before the end of my 10 day training, over something I didn’t do and when I asked why and if I could have an example or get an explanation none was provided. The manager fired me over text, and not providing me with a chance to explain(It sounded like coworker said some hurtful and not true things about me to the manager). I worked hard and tried to always find things to clean and do when the store was quiet, I felt I deserved an explanation at the minimum. Worst of all one of the reasons he listed for me being let go was that I took sales from the other girls. The day before I was told I need to sell more and that made a competitive environment. Hearing that felt like not a fair reason to let me go since I had yet to reach the online part of my training where it even teaches me the sales rotation so I wasn’t even aware of how to avoid when I should and shouldn’t approach a costumer. I think it’s a good store but the way everything was handled was hurtful, unprofessional, and most of all deceitful. 

I have worked for many small chain companies. Foursight is hands down my favourite! The team work, communication, and overall vibe are unmatched. 

The owners are very involved with the business, and thats awesome. They love to communicate with the staff, customers, and vendors. Making sure everyone is satisfied and happy in their roll. 

The Management teams go above and beyond to keep communication open to all staff for all problems. 

Not to mention the sweet sale incentives and promotional goods! 

Honestly Foursight is the best place I have ever worked in retail! From the owners to the district managers down to the managers in store and teams members this is really a company that cares about everyone! My district manager calls me just to check in. It’s not just about numbers or tasks, he actually wants to know how each of us are doing. Honestly more companies need to learn for this amazing leadership and team here at Foursight!

Working here has been one of the best jobs I’ve ever had! They care about your well-being and will do everything to accommodate their employees work-life schedule! The new management is by far the greatest management I’ve ever seen and working here has been a new exciting adventure every day! You learn so many things during the training period which furthers your own knowledge and skills in the industry! 

Work here if you hate yourself. Lack self respect. Have no integrity. Don’t expect to feel valued. You’re not! The turn over rate says it all. The products are not “premium” they often showed up scratched, dirty, defective and we were expected to ignore it and sell them anyway.

Very supportive management and upper management teams. Lots of PK and training is provided and there are definitely opportunities to learn and develop soft skills as well as selling skills. The best part of the job is the awesome teams Foursight brings together! The casual dress code and discounts definitely don't hurt either.  

Foursight is definitely the best place I have ever worked for, the whole company is so welcoming, they're like one big family. The management is amazing and I have learned so much about retail and sales working here than any other retail job I've had before. It is a fairly fast paced environment, but it is so much fun.   

The relaxed and very fun atmosphere makes coming to work easy. The management are all very kind personable people that really want you to succeed. Your coworkers are all people you’ll become very close to and develop some ever lasting relationships. On top of all that is the knowledge you gain from selling the awesome things this store has to offer. 10/10 would recommend. 

-Upper management is very belittling 
-commission structure is broken causing commission to be nearly unattainable
-managers never recognized extra effort but would quickly punish any mishaps
-The job consists of 90% waiting for someone to walk into the store so don’t expect to make sales

There is a lot of training but that ended up being a good thing. It was nice being treated as an adult because there is a lot of responsibility. It is a job that relies on motivation but there is a lot of fun too.
