A typical day at work would be to start at 9 am, answer the phone as my first priority on the first ring, filing for A/R, A/P.

I learned how to be a better receptionist as they send me to a course on just that which was very informative and helpful

Management I felt uneasy talking to because I have been brought up not to talk back or anything to management even if they are wrong, just to do as they say. Just recently I started saying they way I felt to management and it honesly has been hard.

My co-workers, since I have been there we have had different people there and they all want things done a different way and I would try to please everyone but that didn't work. I got along with all my co-workers quite well I thought.

The hardest part of the job was not actually the job itself but when my son was born 4 years ago and he needed eye surgery, tubes in his ears and he had his tonsils out this past July and both my husband and I had to take a lot of time off to do what we had to to help our son. It was mentioned to me at work that "I was taking a lot of time off work and can you not do it on the weekend?" That is when I started feeling guilty about taking time off to help my son and I should not (I believe) had to feel that way.

The most enjoyable part of the job was the people. I talked to many peple everyday on the phone and learned a little about refrigeration stuff from hearing what problems they had or the kind of help they needed - I found that interesting.

I didn’t get out of car . I probably misspoke the bosses name . I told him who I was and he said “ you can start on Monday and we’ll go from there .the first 30 years there was a bit of overtime. Lol 
But the management was always sensitive to the   Families problem. Some of the best parts of working there were  1. Good vehicles 2. Good tools.3 different challenges almost every day. 4 good pay (best in the business) 5 good socializing among fellow employees. 6 and maybe the best is working with tradesman that are easily some of the best in the business. 

You never know who your boss is. When u get hired they tell it is this person. But in Reality you have 5 different people telling you what to do, and they all have there own ways. Then give trouble for doing something an other manger told you to do. 

When you have concerns about other coworkers. They just brush under the table and act like you didn’t say anything. 

They really need to work on their management.
