This company might be acceptable for starting your career right after university, but don’t anticipate staying for more than 3-6 months. Job hopping will lead to better salaries elsewhere very fast once you have one foot in the industry. Quit for a better offer before they fire you.

-TURNOVER is EXTREMELY HIGH. Recruiters tend to stay at Fuze for only 2-12 months maximum.
-UNREALISTIC KPIs lead to significant pressure and often result in mental breakdowns.
-There's ZERO STABILITY within the company.
-Dealing with numerous difficult clients makes recruitment a challenging task.
-Management can be UNETHICAL.
-Concerning mental health, it seems to be prioritized only for appearances.
-Sales directors and account managers excessively agree to everything, making recruitment goals unattainable; many of them are blunt.
-The atmosphere mirrors a corporate Wall Street environment, fostering a free-for-all battle.
-Recruiters frequently experience burnouts.
-Recruiters receive very minimal commissions compared to account managers whose commissions are twice as large.
-Only 3 sick days per year.

The customer service was extremely nice and gracious .
The issue itself just aligns with the quality of work you get.  You'll be paid. But it won't be anything impressive. It'll be standard rate of what the job is.
You got to set your standards for yourself before hand. 

Because what will highly fluctuate is both the amount of work you are expected to do and quality of the coworkers. In my case, I ended up with a group of 30 people. 20 of which were either lazy and unmotivated, barely spoke english,  or the other end of surly and short tempered that complain but barely do better than group A. The good workers would be put aside to better work (though nothing mentally stimulating - lots of standing around), with you then occasionally thrown back into the main litter where you get strained picking up for their slack. And this was 19 an hour, barely more than min wage. 
Though to be fair, apparently this agency double dipped with another one for this gig - one that paid their workers only 15. 

Do I reccomend this place? Only if you need a bit of stability and are hard up for cash. You won't get ahead with it though.  Only use if you have a small lull between job seasons or are an ex con.

Leadership avoids addressing performance or engagement issues; concerns are often met with silence rather than solutions, creating an isolating and demoralizing environment that contributes to burnout and resignations.
High turnover and low job security.

The company demonstrates unethical and unsupportive management practices, including sudden terminations and hiring employees away from other jobs only to dismiss them shortly after. These issues stem largely from the CEO’s leadership style, which is described as impulsive, dismissive of employee input, and lacking a people‑first approach, ultimately harming morale and retention.

I have worked for a few different recruiting companies in the USA and I can honestly say that I will never work for any other agency other than Fuze HR. From the CEO too your own team mates, everyone here has been carefully selected, I was interviewed by the CEO and this is a $100M company. That says a lot. Not only that but everyone is kind, truly kind, the competition is healthy and there is 0 animosity anywhere. I can not recommend this company enough. My favorite part of the job is the support tools that we have, everything we need to succeed in both Sales and Recruitment 

-If you're joining in Sales, they will take your clients and won't even let you complete 3 months probation period and will kick you off. -Managers are quite blunt, and they only think of their own targets rather than supporting the team members, always pushy and micro managing. (Though they say they don't) -They'll give you attractive salary-commission but will push you to the edge of falling out, and eventually once you've some business in line they'll kick you out in probation period. -They have the HIGHEST TURNOUT RATIO of staff. -They only keep their tenured people who are working since more than 10 years at Fuze. -They give you hybrid work, i.e 2 days from office 3 days from home, if you do not achieve set targets they will eventually ask you to come 5 days a week and will keep hovering over you to achieve and be aggressive on clients to get the business. -NO STABILITY

I have been working with Fuze HR for almost a year now and it has been one of the best companies that I have worked with.  Excellent team environment, supportive management, excellent training, and wonderful recruiters that take to heart each and every job opportunity that they work on.  I currently work in the Brampton office and no words can express my gratitude to the recruiters that assist me with my clients.  My clients are very impressed with the quality and the knowledge of the position (s) they are brought in for.  
The Fuze HR Solutions recruiters are compassionate, dedicated, hard-working, and most of all truly care for the candidates that they assist in securing employment.

Pros: The employees at Fuze HR are incredibly supportive, friendly, and welcoming.

Cons: However, there are significant challenges. The KPIs set per month are often unrealistic, although the company offers a hybrid work schedule, failing to meet KPI targets per month results in being required to work in the office full-time as a consequence. Hybrid work is seen as a privilege rather than a standard option. 

As well, if you are struggling or having a hard time, they do not provide adequate training or the resources to help. 

Additionally, while working from home, I experienced constant micromanagement, with my manager ‘checking in’ calling me throughout the day to ensure I was working. There is no trust between management and employee, I experienced a mixture of micromanagement and penalty leadership. 



Job tenure among recruiters is extremely low, usually less than 12 months, while only a few account directors/managers have been with the company for almost 10 years. The big problem here is that management isn't backing us up. We're all feeling the heat from managers who care more about hitting crazy targets than making this place positive and motivating. No bonuses, very low commissions. They're pushing a bunch of us,  to start looking for better gigs elsewhere. Sadly, some of our good colleagues got the boot out of the blue in the past 12 months. As someone who's been a recruitment consultant for ages, I can tell you these issues aren't just one-offs. 


It was a great experience I loved working under this agency, my typical day was to wrap boxes and unwrap boxes and count them and organize them with a team

The management was really understanding and able to help and always had work to be done

My colleagues always had work and everyone was helping each other and talking and making the day much more relaxed as we did the work.

The job was really easy nothing was too hard, although after wrapping I would try not to get dizzy

The job all together was amazing because I was able to go through the day without too much of a hassle and it was busy but we were able to work at our own pace.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Some of the people are very helpful while some others just don't care. I have worked with 2 amazing people and after that all I get is some run around from the new people that I don't understand. Then again this is in laval, quebec.... so I'm not sure how other branches handle things.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
It's great.. the people I have worked for were amazing in getting everything done .. if there was a mishap with the hours at a company or any other situation. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Some people care a lot about helping others get jobs and others don't care.
