The employee turnover is very high, lack of training, & they like to dump you into jobs without proper preparation & information (let alone training). Because of this, the average workmanship was absolutely shotty at best. Literally brand new pools & landscape with dozens of problems. Like multiple leaks, bad liner measurements/installs, improper installing of equipment, improperly installing covers, lack of understanding what to & how to install certain equipment to prevent premature wear & tear, bad & cheap SOD install, bad tiling work falling apart after 1 season, the list goes on & on.

I quickly saw why the turnover was high, & quite frankly, spent my entire employment there planning my exit to add to the turnover #s. 

They won't train you on anything but will expect you to know how to do it. Schedule is provided to Foreman only who are expected to tell their subordinates and never before 6pm. Materials and tools often aren't there on time and jobs get behind because of it. They will blame you for their mistakes even if you have no control over it. No job security and they will turn your words against you to make it seem like you quit your job. High turnover. New people constantly starting and people constantly being fired. 

GRN is an amazing company filled with many great opportunities. They treat their employees fairly making it a ideal work environment for trust and having a hard working competent team. I am very happy be apart of the GRN family and help build a stronger future for the company. 

I've been employed with GRN for a while now and have enjoyed my time here. The office is great and there is a great collaborative effort to help everybody feel as though they are part of the team. The owners are flexible and understanding, and they want to see you succeed. 

I learned many different job skills aswell as life skills.  Management were professional and helpful. If I needed support I was able to call and ask questions. 
Some days were physical, but the company was very big on having the proper equipment to do a job. We always had designated equipment on all of the job sites 

I really enjoy working for this company,  they work hard at setting up their employees to succeed , wether it’s the proper equipment to do the job, Invest in educating employees and are always looking to improve. It’s nice to go to work and feel like your a part  of a team.

Very poor communication skills. They treat people with disrespect and they hire the worst people they don’t really care about there employees and they expect you to do a good job with the worst tools 

Company is poorly managed and the employees are great and helpful but owners have little care. They take on too much work and the customers are neglected. Just read google reviews.

its not what it seems they promise you bonuses and never give them they hire anyone and you end up working with useless people .. basically be prepared to use a shovel for your first 6 mos ...

Unorganized, horrible management. The owner of the company will talk down at you and not speak to you like you are an actual person. High turn around of employees.
