What is the best part of working at the company?
Good guidance and support from administration.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
You don't know when you loose the job because shortage of sites.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It's Not too much contact with the company. Company officials responding very politely but actually they don't have much interest to provide you any other site in case of losing any site contract.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
When they loose site contract and never offer any other work.

Very kind managment.understanding to employess issues with life.managment is very polite to your needs and try to satisfy your requests. The scedulers will keep there promises too you as well.the uniform is comfortable and warm. Mobile will help you if you need assistance that moment of need.promotions are giving on going the extra mile in the field.co workers are of good character and respectful. Overall one of the best companys i was a part of for many years and excelled afterwards in the security industry. Too top level.






Nice people to work with, only left because I had to go for an exam, Now I'm done, my place is taken. We used to work 8 or 12 hour shifts, mostly driving in a workplace that is no longer we have, another place is a farm where we used to patrol and do a log for incoming and outgoing trucks, keep an open eye to prevent strange personnel from being on site, administration was nice and still is, other security guards are very friendly and from different countries of origin, salary is average,but the most beautiful thing, the administration is very friendly and respectful.

I learned how to drive standard vehicle. I enjoyed working with the people. Working at auto auction security did more than just security work. example. scan in cars,shuttle customers to their vehicle that they bought  during the auction.I learned new things.

The company was family own and very flexible. The staff were friendly and easy to communicate with.All the security were low to medium risk and always had accessibility to supervision..

Nice to be part of GSS Security at Mangan Toronto. There are several locations  I worked with GSS through Greater Toronto Area in Canada. The part of my work I liked is patroling in vehicle. 

A good company to start for experience & for people who want some extra money by doing part time.
Working environment is normal with no special thing to offer, like coffee/tea in breaks etc.

Typical day is 9-5, however can be flexible. Management is usually very accommodating and treats employees well. Work place culture was very relaxed usually and everyone is expected to pull their weight. Overall, a decent place to work.

I have worked with this company a very long hours which let me to handle $1000000 worth of equipment by myself working night shift. 
I have no problem and i have dealt with people with a good communication skills.

working at GSS was an amazing experience, I loved my job and didn’t wanna leave. Co workers were nice. However management was terrible and unhelpful.
