What is the best part of working at the company?
Relationships with colleagues , children, families, dedicated teachers. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Administration’s lack of organization and professionalism. Unrealistic expectations of staff to put in long hours so the very minimal appreciation and compensation for teachers who are doing the lion’s share of the work. Infrastructure is very poor. Priorities are very misplaced with a preoccupation of producing inaccurate test results that reflect memorization of trivial facts over genuine learning, despite its claim of being an IB school. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Relationships with fellow teachers and support staff are mostly good, but administration works to divide and conquer, so to speak. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Students, their parents, and fellow teachers were great. Unfortunately, major lack in staff acquisition and retention, coupled with chaotic scheduling, and distrusting administrators led to extremely to severe burn out, low morale and borderline paranoia staff who try so hard to deliver quality education.

When I arrive at Gobind Sarvar I sign in to the logbook then I grab the attendance and go to the students that are waiting for me in the classrooms. We start off the class with a prayer and soon after we start the lesson. I teach an Indian instrument called Harmonium to about 20 -28 kids. Its self service. I do not get paid for this I do volunteer work here.

A place to start your career. If you ask for an increase in salary, they will tell you to budget better! Workload is heavy, but efforts are not valied here. Apply only if there are no other options.

My day starts with meditation and expressing my gratitude to almighty everyday for everything I have in my life. Each day I teach my students with my best efforts and felt satisfied end of the day.

Great learning experience had a great time with staff and the kids good work atmosphere. Parking was a issue which they working on its much better as the second location has opened up.

Teachers receive a lot of support from the administration.This is the  best workplace to receive amazing mentoring and evolve as a teacher.Students are mostly respectful and well mannered.


Gained great insight and experience loved the team work. Unfortunately have to explore other option due travel distance. School has Campus not far from each other

Gained valuable skills and experience to move on with my teaching career at both campuses. Work atmosphere and staff at both campus at great to work with.

The management has members that are so disconnected.
Why do they still have the older Principal. He doesn't do anything ! Poor facilities, yet they think they are the best.

A good place to work. One remains busy all day. One does not get a chance to teach in Canada. So its a boon to work here as it opens doors for teaching in this country.
