Be wary of working here. The technicians are awesome and easy to work with. The Manager of repairs and maintenance is very knowlewdgeable but over ruled by the executive team regularly. The executive team is difficult to work with. They are only willing to work with people they like, and will fire anyone they have a disagreement with. They are reactionary to problems rather than responding to situations. The last 2 years has been a revolving door of hires, fires, and people just quitting. Again, be aware before joining.

A great place to work.I looked forward to going in every day.I learned about heavy duty equipment,generators and light towers.A get the job
done but have fun as well.The manager I worked for was a really decent
man and would teach you everything he could,The hardest part of the 
job would have been a learning curve to this equipment when I had been used to automotive.

You can work as many hours as you want!

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Horrible, toxic culture chock full of bold face liars and goal post shifting.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
There are some good people on the team.

Do not work here unless you want to get sick with workplace exposure causing cancer.  Not friendly, not nice, bad overall business. DONT SUPPORT 

Working here will just cause you stress, sickness, anger, the owners do not care in anyway as long as there making money. Staying safe is the harder part for sure. People don’t listen. Managers don’t care of listen. 

basically do what you are told and if you do a good job they won't promote you, if  you are the bosses daughter they might give you a normal shift days and weekends off, good luck otherwise 

Great people, challenging work, and a learning environment. If you are looking to grow and learn from others, this is the environment for you.  Diverse Team.

Very toxic environment. Management are related and they do not have the peoples best interest at heart. They throw you to the wolves and set you up for failure
