A typical work day for me starts at 9am (unless something was scheduled before that, which is no problem because I live in the neighborhood!) at my office in 2200 Roche Court. One of the things I've learned here is how to better help and serve my tenants. Whenever things are over my head, my manger is the first person I call and is always willing to help or suggest things that make my issues go away! I couldn't ask for a better manager. The building that I work in is considered a family building because many of the tenants have been there for 10 plus years and have other family and in-laws in other units. I've witness many celebration amongst the tenants . Regardless of cultural background, everyone seems to celebrate everyone. The hardest part would be dealing with the tenants who just want things to go their way, whether it be a repair or would like approval for something that is forbidden, they can become difficult. However, being a Greenwin tenant myself I understand both sides of it and is usually able to explain why things are the way they are. The most enjoyable part of my job are the events! I love connecting with community and seeing them all come together regardless of age, male or female, or culture. 

What is the best part of working at the company?
The only good thing Greenwin offers is work remotely twice per week

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Absolutely everything about Greenwin is stressful. There’s NO work/life balance. All bosses send emails at anytime - including weekends -  and expect your response. The working atmosphere is the worst imaginable and you are constantly under threat of losing your job. Very few employees reach one year. Firing people within few months in the company is the norm.  People mean nothing in this company. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Stressfu! Greenwin is all about numbers. If your numbers are not good you are out. That puts an unbearable burden on everyone and an extremely poor work environment. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Start responding to emails at 6:00 am and keep doing the same until after midnight. Go visit properties and sit in front of your computer as soon as you get home.

I am very comfortable working with Greenwin Corp. A working day with my team is productive, supportive and lots of collaboration and the new experiences, issues and the resolution. Huge opportunity to learned about driving our team to the correct direction by completing all necessary tasks by following the correct policy and procedures. Weekly meeting, discussion about individuals experience within the team, having fun time enjoying with breakfast and coffee together some of the key loving and caring culture Greenwin Corp. and leadership offer to the team. Some time meeting deadline would be little be hard being a corporate staff; but facts about the incomplete task can be judged fairly depending on the situation.
I am proud that to say "I am working with Greenwin Corp." and it is a great place to work.

A typical day at work involves collaborating with an amazing team on diverse property. I've learned how to manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining attention to detail. Management is supportive and approachable, always fostering open communication. The workplace culture is inclusive and positive, where everyone is encouraged to share ideas and grow together. The hardest part of the job can be managing tight deadlines, but the sense of accomplishment after completing a project makes it worth the effort. The most enjoyable part is working with a team that is both professional and friendly, making the work environment both productive and fun.

Unfortunately, my experience with this company was very disappointing. There is little to no structured training, and the organization overall is extremely disorganized. Expectations are high, but support and guidance are minimal. There is constant turnover, which creates instability and adds extra workload for those who stay.

Employees are often expected to take on responsibilities outside of their role without additional compensation or recognition. The environment feels underappreciative, and job security is uncertain. Decisions appear to prioritize the company’s immediate needs over employee well-being or long-term development.

I would encourage anyone considering this opportunity to carefully evaluate whether this type of work environment aligns with what they’re looking for.

A typical day at Greenwin involves a mix of property management tasks, resident interactions, and collaborating with site and regional teams. I’ve learned a lot about tenant management, property maintenance, and administration through hands-on experiences. The management is approachable and proactive in offering guidance, fostering a positive workplace culture. The hardest part of the job can be juggling multiple sites and ensuring all KPIs are met, but the team support and the opportunity to improve processes make it rewarding. The most enjoyable part is seeing how our work directly improves residents' living experience and being part of a dynamic, growing company.

While the work can be demanding at times, those with a positive attitude and an appetite for growth will thrive at Greenwin!

Greenwin used to be a great place to work for.However, the new team that took over about 1.5 years ago changed the environment form a place for everyone to a place for those that either know someone in the company and have special connection.More or less it is a monopolized company by few that have more interest in their own personal interests and agendas rather then the employees or clients interest.
those that take full advantage of the situation you never hear from them since they always take actions behind the scenes.
The owners are caring and dedicated to serve the cause but they are either kept in dark or manipulated of their top leaders of the company
