What is the best part of working at the company?
The work is easy, clean environment 


What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Employees are sometimes rude, English is very broken which makes it  hard to understand and follow instructions given by the leaders. They like everything done a certain way regardless if it’s not comfortable.  They have whoever train you then management comes around and tells you that’s not right and you get in trouble. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
English is not spoken well, people are rude especially ones in leadership roles. Training is not done well, they like things done 1 way and that’s it and your not aloud to to ask questions just do what they say 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Come in look for your picture on the board to where your working, they don’t  even ask if you done that job or not,  you hope someone will show you what to do without being rude, you can never get a answer out of the lead hand or understand him, you start work to have other people start correcting you if tho your getting the job rate done they want it done their way even tho it’s uncomfortable for you they don’t care,they are so rude

Always growing and expanding.   I met some life long friends there.  A comfortable, clean, well-managed work environment.  Individual creativity and critical thinking is encouraged.  I felt supported, and appreciated, and never micromanaged.  Communication with my managers and coworkers was good to excellent, with a couple of exceptions over many years.   It was a stable, generally happy place of work, and the management cares about you, as an actual fellow human, versus some kind of automaton.  The workload for my time there waxed and waned, but was typically manageable.  The IT support is also very good.

I didn't feel like I was very respected here.  I felt more like an intern than an employee.  When I tried to do my job and make suggestions for change, I got told we didn't have time, or money, or the need to do that.  

Well, then what was I was hired for?

With good physical, mental and eye coordination, I improved work procedure which resulted in a 40% increase of efficiency during the Lean program. My work procedure was videotaped and being shown to other workers to follow.

Worked here two summers while I was a student at uni. The job itself wasn't that difficult but could get boring after a while. The employees and managers were all very upbeat and fun to be around. A very good work environment.

Family oriented organization. Everyone respects eachother. People with lots of experience. Overall a good company to work for.

Health benefits can be better. Pay is lower than other companies 

Management is friendly and there is potential for advancement. The work environment both in the offices and on the floor are very clean and well maintained.

I worked here for just couple of months. it was a nice place to work and  in a good environment and with nice people, who I worked were friendly and helpful.

I had an awful experience working midnights for this company. Huge communication issues and treated terribly. I only worked there for two months or so. 

Not bad, it’s very boring but if u do your. Job you get paid, it’s not heavy job, some people are nice and help you to get the job right but other not help at all
