No overtime but expect you to work many hours.
Can't keep employees, would rather recycle people than pay for quality people to stay.
Sales is always put before service employees.

Business owner trys to run day to day but is never even around and has no relationship with employees. 
No care to progress. 
Zero safety regard or policy.
Terrible benefits. 
Expect employees to go the extra mile with no compensation. 
Unsafe working conditions. 
No interest in working with employees to improve working conditions. 


I’m semi retired, so was looking for part time work for the season. It is a great place to work and I’ll be back next season. It’s a busy place, but the techs are helpful and the dealership itself goes above and beyond to ensure customers are satisfied. A bonus for me was the employee discount on parts after the NE hailstorm in the spring. Days fly by and I can honestly say I enjoyed the job, coworkers and management. No complaints for sure.

awful and they pay lower then everyone, they don't care about the staff and how they could make things better

Five  years experience. Nothing but downhill from the start. Increase hours with no increase of benefits. Take away holidays. Forced to work during holiday with 3 days notice. Told things in the morning and then get in trouble for doing the specific thing you were told to do. Expected to work 24/7. During a record breaking year in history we still never seemed to do a good job. 

The pay is extremely low compared to the same roles in other dealerships. Their commission structure for sales/finance is pooled which is great if you are a low performer. Anyone who is a high performer would never want to work there because you have to split your income with the low performers. No opportunity for advancement. Not a forward thinking company, very casual business and not a business that is eager to grow 

The co workers and service advisors are the best part. They are always willing to give you a hand when you need it, and I would take the time to help out advsiors, especially on Saturdays. You can never get a head in the company, there is no room for advancement and they don't want to pay you real wages, the bonus is supposed to do that I guess.

I have been with Guarantee RV on and off for the last 11 years. I must say that they are one of the best companies I have ever worked with. Every department works well together and the management are awesome and always willing to work with you. If you are looking for a great company then this is the place.

it was ok at first but then it started to get brutal to many long hours and no overtime pay does not make it really worth doing the job and no bonuses or spiffs of any kind for selling anything extra not really any motivation to do the job

I didnt like the fact that I had one accident in the year I worked for this company and they laid me off. I did allot of after hours stuff for them and when they spoke with service canada they totally misrepresented me to them

I worked there for years, great team, great culture and I am proud to say I was part of their success!  5 stars all the way, I even drove almost an hour to get there everyday and it was well worth it.
