HCR, 
a typical day at work would begin at the assignment that you were assigned, HCR really prepares you for anything an employer can throw at you really. They make sure you are ready from day one. I have learned a tonne working with HCR, about workers rights, proper safety procedures, its really empowering. There are a lot of employment agencies out there that probably will not care for you, HCR is not one of them. 

Other agencies may pimp you, these guys actually listen, you just gotta make sure to work with them and not put too much strain on what they can and cannot do for you. My co workers have been great since day one, some of the other unionised people may look down on you but that's rarely, if ever. I gotta say the most difficult part of working with them was that every time you switch assignments, you gotta contact your references again.. but aside from that usually the HCR rep at the assignment will make it completely hassle free, the greatest thing about HCR is that they will always have something lined up for you if you need it.

Overall, this company is great for new grads in learning the basics of recruitment, applicant tracking and customer service. This company pays far below industry standard let alone a living wage. 

Management and executive leadership, although friendly are out of touch with some of the challenges in office and needs of the staff. They have not worked to create a safe space for employees to voice their concerns nor have they done the real work in creating a desirable workplace. Often times, management prefer to stick with old faithful methods which are out dated and no longer add value but create longer more painful processes. 

There really is so much potential here, the preseident of the company is a very smart and capable individual they just need to pay more attention and inspire management to have an open mind to innovation. 

Oh and pay a fair wage that is inline with a living wage. 

I have been wanting a job for a full-time. I got to work at a place called Deco Automotive. I was really excited to go back there as I know most of the people. They have been moving me in and out of every of their Magna companies that they work with. I am sick and tired of all of this moving around when they keep calling me that they have a line shutdown. Keep the people at one place at Magna without moving them around. I Don't care if you have to send people home due to slow down times. Let them work so we won't have to move around that much

What is the best part of working at the company?
For me none .finally had shot at getting full time as dept head and my super liked me and was training me all over had no issues with me at all .I was fired for attendance.missed two days got held at gate 20min punched in few min late. Also when I called in absent u must call 30 min prior.my clocks said 35 min still and apparently my phone is not same time as there's so I was 2 min after  ow fired thanks hcr

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Christmas pay they hold it back extra week but don't let u kno ahead

I worked for HCR at an Auto industry factory for a year, had my contract extended a short time, then was completely screwed for EI by them not doing their own job, to complete my ROE within 5 business days. They eventually sent me to another factory, which didn't last long as the people there didn't even want me. They then sent me to another job that after a few weeks, became part time work 1-3 days a week. I rarely had a full week, & could not find other work always being on call.  
I found HCR to be good when I had a reliable job, but after the first year, it's just a huge headache

HCR does not offer anything but getting you to some sort of a work that you are probably over qualified for or even under qualified. They don't care as long as you show up to make them money.
Any "excused absence" is and always will be counted against you even if it is a medical excuse.
People in the office are trained on what to tell you so that they have the upper hand over you.
Office women are rude, ignorant and love to gossip about the hard working people that make them richer.

you are able to meet the target with the cooperation and guidence you get from coworkers and supervisors.

In an industry where there is very high turnover and the average recruiter stays with the same company for less than 2 years, I have been with HCR for nearly 6 years.  If you choose to work hard, it’s a place where you can find success. And as a company, it is one that really understands that people need to have a balance between work and home life.  As an agency, they do their best to take care of the needs for their clients and their candidates.

At this particular job placement a day would consist of loading work stations of truck frame parts that are to be welded on and inspected for quality. Skills involved are attention to detail for any defects. Weld training for work in the weld booth fixings defects. As well as troubleshooting problems when they occur.
