It's a fun place to work for. The challenges I have encountered fall between managers. Some managers are helpful, sometimes to the point where they are overstepping the boundaries of respect. What I learned from this company is that you have to always speak what's in your mind. Be open to collaborating, not just with your own associates, but also with your senior management team.

The hardest part of the job is having to manage and collaborate with associates and other managers who've been with the company far too long that they thought, what they've been doing is right all along.

The most enjoyable part of the job for me is having a great work-life balance.
