Disorganized, toxic work environment. Management is always worried about the bottom dollar. Highly trained technicians are overwhelmed and overworked get very few hours with the flat rate system with no guarantees. Well the less qualified technicians get many hours, guarantees and easy work. Technicians are praised for upselling items that do not require replacement and cost the customers more money.

Worst shop I’ve ever worked at! Service advisors and managers have unrealistic expectations. I once brought a car in to the shop to start a job. A service advisor was standing in my bay asking me how much longer, i look at the work order on the computer and see it’s a 6.5 hr job. They said the customer needs the car at 1pm it was 11:30. They said no excuses why you can’t get it done. 

Was hired at the old site, but when we moved into the new facility, management changed the whole atmosphere. Was no longer a enjoyable environment to work in. 
Went from being a valued employee to just being a body which they could abuse at their will.
The dealer principle is not to be trusted when he promises things.

Absolutely horrible company to work for they will lie to you and take hours away on the flare rate system and hand you work that doesn’t pay. Management is all about them and making sure to count you as just a number!
