What is the best part of working at the company?
Leaving at the end of the day.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Absolutely no support from management.   

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Extremely toxic.  If you like EVERY minute of your work day to be recorded then go for it.  There is so much favoritism and if you don't agree with everything Management does then you're labeled as a disgruntled employee.  They take micro managing to a whole new level.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Having management tell you that you need to work faster.  Constantly being watched while trying to do your job.  It's mentally draining.

What is the best part of working at the company?
There are worse places to be employed, and the work was fairly basic. The training was better than at other companies.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The management occasionally forces you to do team building activities, which is really uncomfortable if you are are with a cliquey group of people.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Most of the employees are only superficially friendly.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Some days there was a lot to do, and other days there was barely anything at all.

Lots of opportunities to advance or move around within the company. Generous amounts of paid time off so the work life balance is good, and there are a lot of hybrid work opportunities. Coworkers were all friendly, my managers were good, and it’s a very respectful environment. We did team building activities every so often which was a lot of fun and honestly helped to feel more comfortable with your coworkers. The workload was sometimes overwhelming though.

I am blessed to be a part of this company. The people are accomodating, the management is very supportive and the work environment is just right (not too relaxed and not too busy).
