I cannot imagine myself working in a different place or company. Since I start here 
The management showed me that they care. they help me to achieve my dreams  from foreign worker all the way until I become Canadian Citizen. I've  been here in this company for more than 13 years and still counting. They help me a lot to develop my skills and my personality to become a good leader. The general manager is always open to everyone regardless of what position you have; he always  listens to you and help you as much as he can. I will recommend this company especially for those people looking for growth and enhance their knowledge. A safety environment and a workplace you can consider your second home.


I started in the company when I was traveling in the beginning it was supposed to be just for a year, but I had such a good experience and felt so appreciated that I stayed for 5 years now,  and counting. Management gave me the opportunity to grow in the company from housekeeping to front desk manager and learn from every position I have been, they see potential in people and encourage to pursuit new skills and positions. As a foreign I have felt like home with my coworkers and managers, spend holidays together and celebrate each other milestones. 
The General manger has an open door policy that allows you to have a chance to give your opinion and he is always open to suggestions. Overall a great place to work and grow.    

I joined the company over 10 years ago as a night and have been afforded multiple opportunity's to learn, grow and develop my career within the organization, currently reaching the role of General Manager.  

At each level, job roles have been clearly defined and all the correct training and tools have been provided to allow me to successfully perform my role. 

The company is very open, honest and collaborative, and is constantly looking for feedback from every levels on how to improve their operations, which makes for a fun and rewarding work environment. 

If you are looking for a company that cares about your career development, INNhotels is the perfect place to be.   

A typical day at work was very slow. I worked front desk under the old managers. The management is not inclusive and belittling. They did not care about staff’s happiness and health . The hardest part of the job was not being respected by the managers. The most enjoyable part of the job were the guests and fellow front desk agents and housekeepers. I believe it is under new management now and has been doing better since new management took over. 
There was no room for advancement while I was there and no raises out of the two years I worked there. 

-No such thing as typical due to extreme disorganization, every day different 
-New/different cleaning techniques 
-Workplace culture is so toxic, so much gossip that management partakes too 
-Working in high stress moments with no support, managers who sit back and watch 
-Coworkers

Absolutely the worst company and management to work for please do not waste your time , cleaners are very disrespected and managers do not care , they do not work with you to help but threaten to fire u if there are any concerns, all supervisors are very backstabbing and sneaky , and look for any reason to get u in trouble with management , 

In all honesty what a disgusting place to work. The GM's are incompetent of running a beautiful resort and project all insecurities onto staff. It's a joke of a place. One of the most toxic work environments I've ever experienced and when you address a problem you become a problem. Don't even think about going to HR because they don't care about you. A very awful awful place to work.

Very good place to work  fun people and great owners to work for. Owners are definitely providing all necessary tools for success. The downside is being remote and having a difficult time finding quality employees to build longer lasting business relationships. generally speaking, there is always room for growth in the company.

You are threatened with your job most of the time. Told the manager has an open door policy but shuts down any conversation if it’s a complaint about a certain co worker. They do not care about your health and will fire you in a voice mail with no explanation. 

I have truly enjoyed my time with INNhotels thus far. The management team is incredibly supportive and is always willing to teach and coach, and there is always room for growth. Coming to work every day truly feels like coming to hang out with family and friends!
