this was unfortunatly by far one of the worst companies i have ever worked for, some of the feild staff is great to work beside although the negativity from the feild that surrounds the rest of the company is extremely toxic, the managers will have meeting with you and lie right to your face about what is coming up and what you will be doing, the supervisors stab eachother in the back and treat the feild staff like garbage.  the door at iconic is constantly turning and there is very clear reason for that, they will hire equipment operators tell them that they will get to run all theser types of equipment they dont even have and then when you are hired they toss you a shovel and throw you in a trench.  you will be constantly walking on egg shells not knowing whats going on from day to day because nobody communicates anything your just expected to know everything thats going on and how to do it.  

I would not recommend working here. There’s no corporate integrity, limited support, no trust between employees, no transparency, and a concerning lack of professionalism. Unfortunately, IPS is the most toxic work environment I’ve ever experienced. There’s no cohesive team, employees must fend for themselves. There’s zero work-life balance and exceptional staff burn-out. Mgnt over-burdens staff with unreasonable work loads, burns then out, then re-hires. The business model is not sustainable.

The company has really good core values.
Safety is always prioritized and they do try to take care of their employees. I have learned a lot working with Iconic. They will give you the training you need to perform the job. They compensate their employees well and overall every project I have been a part of had been a good workplace.

The hardest part is just the instability at it is part of the industries nature. It's feast or famine.

Iconic power systems has THEE worst work environment I’ve ever worked in. Management is a complete joke. They have unqualified people running departments that they know nothing about. They micro manage every move you make. They have very limited equipment and refuse to get you the tools or equipment you need to do the job. If you have any voice with safety concerns you will get fired. Safety team is a complete joke. They supply absolutely zero relevant training and expect you to do it on your own time without overtime pay. I’ve personally seen safety and management drinking on site during work hours. They claim to be a powerline company but are so far from it it’s scary. This company will definitely get some one seriously injured. 

This company is all about preaching they care about the employees but the moment employees have issues they are fired and a new green hand that has no idea is hired and it's a revolving door of people coming and going because they see how toxic and drama based this company is and how rude the management is and how they only care about making sure their pockets are full no care for the employees and go against the contract you signed any chance they get to take advantage of you 

My experience with Iconic has been positive and a great opportunity to learn and grow. The organization is moving from a small company to a medium sized and Management have been committed to making the changes necessary to continue to be successful. I would recommend joining the team at Iconic. 

Single owner is greedy and expects employees to dedicate their lives to the company. If anyone speaks out about how things are run, he gets angry. All levels of management are super over the top micromanaged. Work is assigned based on a "workload percentage" that is interpreted by management. Their goal is to load you to 110% workload. I wouldn't recommend unless you like a toxic office environment 

I’d recommend IPS, the teams are great, the equipment is well maintained and when it comes to company supplied tools they have them all and if not but need, they will get it. Like any organization that is involved in this ever changing economic situation there are head aches, but the nice part is the upper management cares and listens. 

Worst place to work. No supervisor support. Office staff are completely stunned! Backstabbing. Extremely high turnover rate with people quitting on the regular. Office couldn't care less about work life balance. You have no clue what you're doing day in and day out. This company is a waste. Too bad, there's good field staff.

Guys in the field are good, but have to pick up the slack for mediocre managers,
