Never work for this company the managment is a bunch of not true people and I mean literally also fat..."liars",
First they will promise you commission on every ticket you give , then after you see your paycheck and get a shock , you will call them and ask what is this ' I gave so many tickets ' !!! The answer given to you would be ' its every "PAID " ticket not every ticket you give , that's if the customer pays the full amount only then you get the commission...I was like omg ...
You would be promised a company car with automatic cameras in a month time which detects unpaid cars...haaa yea sure while the truth is that handheld didn't even work properly,  the equipment which prints out tickets , by the time you try to login the handheld and phone to give the ticket the patron will come and drive away...haaa , still at this mentally disturbing job for 14 bucks I survived 4 months but when you get a screaming  from your boss on top of ALL this about not getting  enough tickets , even when you are giving enough tickets still struggling with a broken equipment , it gets very suffocating especially when I went personally to an IT guy and asked to please get this equipment working he said the life of these 100 yrs old handhelds is finished...and when you tell this to your boss he will start harassing you even more for 14bucks an hr.??,, seriously.... and still the manager was lying and overtalking on the phone and kept on changing his statements ....every minute ..wt  ...what a waste of time...promised 600 $ commission , my a..s..s please don't expect more then 60 dollars in commission A Month,  that is because again it's only PAId tickets ...ha again a new lie would come in " oh u would see a drastic change in your paycheck next time so it will increase " really ....haaa

I also work at the company. I, feel like sometimes when once, I leave the desk to go do something else, the other person's computer 💻 that I'm using it locks 🛅 itself. Then I need to use it, again. I would need to bother the same person, who let me use his/her computer 💻 to re-log me, in.

Then when I'm not at the company, then I don't get called into work and I don't get paid. For example, like during both the Spring break and the Summer break, I either get paid or I either don't get paid, and even for the first month of Autumn break, I didn't even get called in for work, either. 

And I even have the place that helps me, look for work help me, talk to the management department 🏬, to say that here, for example, one year there's 12 months, and one month out of the 12 months I get two days per week, then when they die down they would only give me, one day per week of work.

I have to admit....If you can get a permanent posting  (weekly schedule then stays permanent)   then the benefits are excellent  (even as a parking attendant)   wage isn't too bad either.   But now with silly machines taking over;  not alot of work outside of summer months  (especially for auxiliary staff)

I've put in about 10 years or so,   and instead of finally getting a full time  (at this point would settle for even part time) permanent posting  all I am hearing from my boss is  (I don't have additional hours to give out)  yeah I know....metres and more metres


So yeah;   if you are looking just to fill in some gaps in your week  (or in some cases in the month)   this job is a good fit for sure.   If you need something stable and on going....then I suggest you look elsewhere.

But itherwise;   the work is great....very relaxed.   Management is pretty good....Co-workers are so so  (good luck switching shifts with one who has a morning shift)  

But all in all it's a good place......with low hours

Impark callcenter is about holding the companies standards. The great thing about working there is the expectations of employees are clear and you are usually off the minute you're supposed to be every day. Any overtime is properly paid for. Very standard company expectations for vacation and sick leave. Extra standard. Minimum standard. The managers and supervisors know this is just a job and expect their employees only to show up on time and do their day. It's a dry experience. When your friend asks you "How was your day today?" You will have nothing extraordinary to say. It's a job about parking, mostly you fill out a billion forms. You will frequently get people calling in mad about something about the company, and they are rightfully mad. There are ongoing technical issues with the website, issues with customer payments that is the company's fault, and poor communication between lots and corporation. Just, show up, do your job, expect a company dinner for the holidays and free pizza lunch every once in a while but nothing more.

I have't working for this company very long but, I can say that communication is not their forte.

Paid is minimal.

But is you like to work alone... it's perfect. 
You don't see them, you don't hear from them for months.
A typical day at work is very doll sometime because in a parking lot there's not much happening.
 
The best part of the job... you don't see your bosses.
Worse part of the job you don't see your bosses.
if you have a question you have to send an email to someone and wait until this person is available to respond... No group chat.
The company doesn't encourage the communication among employees. No wonder why the turnover is so high. 
Very slow on acting on things. There's also the fact that 
They NOT communicate among them self's even thou they are siting in the same office. Right hand doesn't know what left hand is doing.

I have generated experience as a customer service representative for 11 years and I am excited to bring my experience to any new opportunity. I am confident, energetic, positive and goal driven. Based on my previous work experience, I am able to work efficiently both individually and within a team environment. I possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. I have demonstrated proficiency in all related administrative functions including reports preparations, data and records management and task prioritization. In addition to all of this I posses amazing work ethics as my previous job required me to be on time and involved dealing with customers. A typical day on the job would be greeting customers, processing monetary transactions, and guiding customers around the airport parking facility.

My bosses at the Vancouver location constantly pushed me to not take a washroom or lunch break, demanded that I work longer shifts and more days per week than scheduled. They take extra off your paycheque and hope you dont notice, if you mention you did...look out...they'll fire you.  They don't provide safety training or proper safety equipment.  In the winter they expect some staff to wear windbreakers as their uniform, or else!!!  They got themselves into a mess by firing hard working, loyal employess because they didnt want to pay health benefits, then they demanded we all work the extra shifts.  I quit shortly after, the office manager cant keep a a level head and doeant know Canadian employment law.

I recommend to skip the interview and work somewhere that will treat you human.

A typical day at work would be, arrive at 4 pm, check in and start my shift. My daily duty required directing customers to parking spots, communication with customers, and sometimes selling tickets to customers. And I  usually finished at around 8 pm checking out.  

What I learn at Impark is that the customer should be treated with the upright respect and that the growth of a company is based on the production of its workers. 

Management was amazing with the employees on a daily basis. 

The hardest part about working at Impark would have to be that once in a while some of the customers weren't as appealing or accepting as you would expect.

The most enjoyable park about working at Impark was all the new friends that I was able to make.

It depends on which parking lot site, but my experience with the company was great. The only reason I am not working there still consistently is because the job is unionized you may get bumped from your schedule or moved around to another lot.

This wouldn't affect you in a management role and the head office and corporate side of the business is fantastic from my perspective.

The hardest part of the job would be dealing with upset customers, some people can really take it out on you. The most enjoyable is the co-workers and the straight forward shifts.

Working at Impark was the worst decision I ever made.  I am a student and needed income immediately, so I took the job, my managers didn’t give me lunch, I worked outside in the freezing cold of winter in their “uniform” which was a wind breaker - violates all human rights to a safe work environment.  I was never given a lunch break and my managers harassed me daily.  When I was sick from working in a cold environment they harassed me when I took time off.   They didn’t pay me correctly, I had to hire an accountant to get my full pay from them and they refused to give my benefits - meanwhile taking a fee from my pay check for said benefits.  My advise, just don’t work her.  Miserable people earning a miserable salary work here!
