Infracon is a medium sized heavy civil construction company that has the ability to secure and execute large and interesting projects while still maintaining the feel of a family owned business where you know all the people you work with. Management is willing to work around personal and family commitments which is rare in the construction industry. There is plenty of room to grow with Infracon as they have grown significantly over the past decade. I would recommend Infracon to anyone that is motivated and looking to advance their career, this could be a new graduate looking to get into Project Management, general labourer looking to become an equipment operator, or an operator looking to take the next step and move into supervision. 

My responsibilities included responding to emails and phone calls, data entry, as well as generating and processing payments. 
A lot of my work involved the data entry and payment processing software called TimeberScan and TimberLine, respectively.
Everyone I dealt with at the company were all helpful, inclusive, and friendly. 
Management were always available to assist with inquiries in a timely manner.
I did not enjoy filling the Accounts Payable Clerk role, as an office environment is not for me; despite this, I got along with everyone who worked there and although I didn't enjoy the work, they made me feel welcomed in the workplace.
They are a lovely bunch of people, who I am happy to have met during my time there!

I have been working at Infracon for 6 months now, Infracon is a great company, they value their employees and compensate accordingly. Management is inclusive and involved, great team support at all levels. Company events, volunteer opportunities and great work/life balance. They offer growth opportunities which ensure job security, and encourage upward movement within the company. I would highly recommend Infracon to anyone with a strong work ethic who wants to be recognized and appreciated for their achievements.

If your a local and want a stable job with an established company then consider infracon. Management treats the workers like family and understand that families have issues. They will always commit to family first. They pay competitive for the area and keep their people busy. The equipment is as well maintained as you can expect from a company as busy as infracon.

It's a great place to work as they help you with training after joining and let you experiment, learn and grow as you go ahead. Management works on helping you find the right spot in the company based on your interest and career goals.

I feel like the Infracon team goes out of their way to make me feel like a valued team member. We have a great dynamic and I have felt supported in career growth. 

It is great to be part of a competitive, fast paced and growing company that encourages employee success. 

Infracon is a great company to work for. They are growing which has created lots of room for career growth within the company. A lot of the employees have tenures over 5 years which speaks volumes to the company and management. Pay and benefits are above average.  

A fantastic workplace offers growth opportunities, and effective management encourages and supports learning while on the job. The benefits, pleasant work environment, and volunteer opportunities are commendable. I would really suggest it to anyone.

Worked with them for 3 years,  depending on whose running the job it might be ok,  but for the most part you will be treated like trash. They like to hide major injuries 

This is by far the best company I have worked for.  Infracon is all about community and team work.  Love it!  I work from home but the interactions with the team have always been great.
