Initial Security

The Job was protecting the construction site of the Fallsview Casino, and it had two parts. First managing the Ingress/Egress of the workers which could be challenging when 100 or so workers are egressing out at gate on Friday 3:31pm, and the scanner not working properly, yes the hardest part. Really enjoyed the second part of the job walking the site after hours and checking all the corners and rooms and keeping watch, making my presents felt. My fellow workers were great most had several years of knowledge and eager to help me as being my first uniformed security Job. The management gave me room to advance which I greatly appreciate, however I had a young family and needed a bit more. I learn that when life slows down a bit I want to return to the job that I enjoyed so much, and know is that time. Thank you

Typical day at work, waiting for relief, mostly stayed the extra hours until the relief showed up.
what I learned was patience.
the management I seem to get along with a good repoire with the scheduling management.
The coworkers I got along with.
I had to train most of the other staff.
the hardest part at Initial was when others wouldn't show up on time for their shift.
The most enjoyable part was I never let a shift go, I never refused a shift.

12 hour shifts, departure and arrival security..preboard screening .
Had my AVOP and drove security 200 on taxi ways aprons and runways
The management was very professional at all times

My favourite part of the job was the respect the insuring the security of all people in the airport

Working for Inital Security was enjoyable. Working in the hospitals and knowing I was keeping patients safe was the best part of the day.
Routines were patrolling hospital hallways and parking lots and monitoring cameras for suspicious activities in 12 hour shifts. Helping patients who were lost and family members find them.
Management was professional and efficient.

For the most part I enjoyed working as a 
Security Guard. I worked at a variety of locations throughout London as our company contracted out to various businesses. The places I most enjoyed was at places where I dealt with the public.

A typical day is doing your rounds and making sure the site is okey.

The hardest part of the job, is that depending on the shift and the site, is trying to stay awake during long hours.

The best part of the job is some of the sites are interesting to work at.

Our team was excelltent and made for a great working atmosphere.
When I was promoted to Supervisor, I thoroughly enjoyed working and coaching my team.

To low of salary to handle criminals, no job security and no room for advancement. Plus there was no work and life balance for the salary that I was working for. I worked alone and what learned was nothing.

I have good experience with this company.Management and my coworkers are very friendly and cooperative. I never late or absent from my duty. I liked this company and job.

I don’t work initial security guard,I am working armour security guard only weekend shift.I want full time security job and anytime start working again Guardteck security job.
