Innovative Vision Marketing

This is the worst company I have ever worked for. 

Almost always issues with your salary.  Things like hours missing or calculated incorrectly.  The bonus is almost never paid out and when it is it's usually wrong. It can take weeks or months to get your salary corrected, if it gets corrected at all. 

The company doesn't have any interest improving the work environment.The office never gets cleaned and is absolutely filthy.
The heating and air conditioning don't work most of the time.

The management is unqualified to do their job and aren't interested in doing their job They will make up the most ridiculous targets and procedures and get angry when these targets aren't met.

The management has no respect for the employees and treats them like dirt. 

supervisors are lazy and only suck up to the management and almost never help you if you have a question or if an issue needs to be resolved.

I advise you NOT to work for this company.

I have learned to improve my customer resolution and communication skills. 

I have a passion for helping solve client solutions and leveraging other co-workers for assistance.

The most enjoyable part of my job is hearing complements when resolving customer concerns.

The most difficult part is hearing negative comments about the companys products;  in addition the limited overtime opportunities offered. 

The company prohibits employees from exceeding a certain number of weekly hours.

They don't have direct deposit so you will get a paycheck. The paycheck is always wrong. They don't invest nor do they care about their employees. Management staff is unprofessional and I assume uneducated (based on performance). Please make a turn and go to the other direction and DO NOT work for this place.

This job helped me with my sales experience. Although, it was all over the telephone, it taught me that first impressions count. The reciever of the call does not know who you are whatsoever, so this means that communication through your voice is key to sell the product.

A very small organization, highly flexible with your schedule, ,great for students and individuals that require flexibility for other life events. The management team is small but are friendly.

The management did not care for their employees, and the workplace was very informal meaning they do not have what it takes to be a profitable company

This job gives a great insight into a professional world which is important for young aspiring individuals entering into the sales world.

Enjoyed working there, gained a whole lot of knowledge in sales and improved communication skills.
