Very hard place to work, where some people are expected to do lots and others are just expected to show up.  Management spends no time training anyone and neither rewards or reprimands anyone for their work performance.  If you work hard you will be given more tasks and expected to do more difficult jobs. If you are slow or unmotivated you will be given less tasks and easy work.   The staff is 90%  foreign workers who complain to one specific manager because they are the same race and get special treatment.  Changes in procedures are made daily that just confuse the staff. Threats by management of getting written up are unprofessional and usually are just used as a way to scare employees. 

My time as a customer service representative at Inspired Go was extremely positive. I have never had a manager that cares so deeply for their employees, and it really went to show. Everyone on the team is great, and the manager took her time to ensure there were great fits to work alongside of. Some of us were excited to come to work, myself included. There are challenges of course with any job, but having an extremely supportive manager helps a lot. I was able to work here while finishing school, and I miss the company and the people I worked with, but I do recommend any one looking for a part-time role to apply here.

Employees are not qualified to do the jobs they are doing. They basically hire whoever will work letting them set their own hours and work week. Constant sick calls and no shows are not addressed. Guidance and training from management comes in the form of text messages over their app. They have quality assurance people who basically tell you everything you are doing wrong but offer no solutions. Large amount of under qualified foreign  workers employed here with no focus on productivity of the individual. They will basically hire anyone qualified/motivated or not.

2/3 managers are great, but the one who isn’t. Really isn’t, and has to much authority, a bad attitude, and a bad approach to dealing with anything. Likes to micromanage all of the supervisors thinking she knows the job better because she looks at the numbers on paper, but is out of touch with the reality of what they do daily. 

The first solution to any issue is to just throw more people at it. 

Multi million dollar company but they still struggle to get the equipment they need to do the job the way they expect. 

Working at Inspired Go is great! The team is very young, welcoming, and open to feedback. They are very transparent when it comes to any problems, which I appreciated. It is very fast paced, and is not a job where you have time to relax. Which isn't for everyone, but you will always have something to do. The culture, is very easygoing and not corporate at all. I would definitely recommend working for them! 

Management has gone downhill since the company expanded. Employee concerns are not addressed. Benefits and perks outlined in the hiring package are discontinued with no notice. No opportunities for advancement and no pay raises. Good employees are not rewarded or recognized. 

Hires more than they need, just to inform you mere days later they don't actually need you, which is rather inconvenient when you turn down other employers for this job...

They do not compensate for KM's or Gas and expect you to write it all off at the end of the year, Also, no compensation for wear and tear.

There is a great balance between weekly/daily tasks, with time to work on improvements within your team and organization.
Never a dull moment on the busy days, with challenges that make you think creatively and outside the box to get resolution.
Leadership is receptive to feedback and works with you on improvements with support and guidance.


A typical day is fast-paced and teamwork-focused. I learned time management and attention to detail. Management is supportive, culture positive, hardest part is busy periods, most enjoyable is working with a great team.

Inspired go is a pretty good company and most of the management staff is pretty good and they provide all the resources to learn and grow. All people are very friendly specially operation managers and the HR.
