I really enjoyed working with the mechanics, they were fun loving people willing to teach. Unfortunately Management on the other hand was a total joke. The location manager was often absent. When he was around he was childish or suffered from anger management issues.  Both the manager and assistant manager would refer to the tire technicians as the "tire dogs". It was not uncommon to be whistled at while being told to "come here boy" while they jingled a set of keys. The equipment was always breaking down and would be down for days or even weeks at time. Often this meant redoing customer cars because the tires could not be balanced properly. The good was about once a month lunch would be provided with a bbq. Lunch breaks were an hour long and routinely involved watching Family Feud in the break room.

At the beginning of the month, things can get a bit stressful, but that’s normal given the nature of the work.
I appreciate the team’s support and understanding during these busy periods.


Comment décririez-vous lenvironnement de travail et la culture dans lentreprise?
The work environment is excellent and very positive.
I really enjoy being part of such a supportive and motivating team.

What is the best part of working at the company?
The shop is a laid-back environment staffed by friendly people.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Probably the rate of pay. If you want to make decent money turning wrenches, this certainly ain't the place to do it. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very laid-back. Too laid-back at times, particularly where safety and work quality are concerned. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Pretty run-of-the-mill tire shop experience, honestly. Show up for work, open up the shop, complete jobs until the day is done, lock everything back up and call it a day. Rinse and repeat until the weekend.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Working with the other workers. The boss is a dink !

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The boss is not all there, he is very stressful to work for

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It’s ok other than the boss can be a bully, harsh to workers, and didn’t a people person. Other than that it’s a good place to learn and grow doing different types of work 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Go and do my job the best I could

working for integra tire was great 
love the actual mechanics.. 
hopfully they aren't as under the table full of themselves as the manager was. 

they invite you in with all these promises and the "good" things they have done... but doing something once doesn't make you a "good" person or a "good" company... 

and then if you stand up for yourself.. they will let you go..

I worked for this company in Grand Forks BC. Not only was I provided tasks above my training level, I was often left unsupervised and always picking up after co-workers. After 89 days of working my hands to the bone. They laid me off for "lack of work." On day 89/90 of bc probation. Where they can fire you for whatever

Start work early in the morning, there will be tires set aside for me to fix, then go to other customers who come to shop.

I learned more ways to fix a tire.

Co-workers were fun to work with.

I enjoyed the most about the job was the learning experience I had there.

I also liked how they will be understanding if you need to have a day off work.

Honest, hard working, caring people.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Too small of a building for the work.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Peaceful, family like workplace, close relationships.

No respect, smoking in the shop, make the employees feel like they always mess up and are slow Nd behind on work, honestly a terrible place to work. Would never recommend. 

i have nothing to say other than i had no reason to be let go from this location as a matter of fact it caused huge financial problems in my life. please understand i am a hard worker and deserve better than what they offered. good riddance.
