For the last 3 years, this company is going down only, Main reason people are leaving is bad management. Around 10 years ago, it was fantastic place to work, full of orders and activity. But now, very different. I am thinking head office is not even knowing what is happening inside the shop. Management is treating workers badly, like not even human beings. I am not recommending anyone to start career here, very disappointing

Heavily metrics driven. Company has no desire to improve or develop employees, as long as they can get their work done in the allotted time to make the metrics look good. Often cutting everything possible to improve the bottom line, all at the cost of the employees quality of life. Treats its customers equally as poorly

Not a good Management in Canada or the USA.
Edmonton Office is terrible place to work in.
They are unable to comptete due to lack of people and proper 
pricing structure. 
Avoid this Company.

Easy Job. Mind your own business. Supportive management. Family oriented. Looking for something to do is tough. Holidays is good time for the year.

Spend 2-3 hours a week on meetings instead of working on expanding territories . There were a lot of promises on what was. Going to happen but nothing ever did.
